Really enjoyed everything about my experience as a One main customer. The loan process is very simple, efficient, and user friendly. I sent in the required documents in via email, then Jarrett my loan specialst took care of the rest. I came into the branch to e sign everything and was in and out in about 15 minutes. I applied online and got approved immediately. I was in and out of the physical office in less than 15 minutes and my loan was deposited into my account the next morning! Jarret was very friendly and explained everything so there were no "hidden corners" during the process. I appreciate the quick timing and friendliness that this establishment puts in place :)
