OneMain Financial 2nd St, Nampa

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! For over a week this company told me that I was Approved for both a conventional and non conventional loan conventional loan. They gave me the dollar amount that I was a prudent they gave me the dollar amount that I was approved for the payments expected to be made expected to be made every month absolutely everything. I don't hear anything from them for 2 days so I decide to contact them directly add to contact them directly. They ask me more questions and they ask me more questions about finances and then come to me at the last minute and say that yeah mid the last minute and say that I cannot be approved for anything. Since they decided to lie to me and waste my time they've put me in a financial hardship for this month's bills. What a joke of a company..

My husband and I have a collateral loan with One main and they have always been great about it with reminder calls and courteous check ins during covid just awesome and they recently help me refinance my Jeep so that now it is with a reputable company. Now it reports to my credit, my payment is lower and I got a little extra spending money. thanks Lindsey and the crew and Nampa One main Financial

It was easy to refinance my loan to get my payment down. Their associates were helpful and listened to what I needed.

Lindsey is literally the best she has helped us with the whole process of our loan she is literally the only one that is professional and explains everything until u understand everything we have had some problems in our family and she has helped us lower the payments to accommodate our income

I strongly recommend OneMain Financial. From the initial call the representative was very professional. I was able to submit a online application and stop by after work to finish the loan. I also really liked that they have an option to pay online. I would really like to thank Stephanie and the Nampa branch Staff.

I was referred to them about a year ago. I did the application for a small vehicle loan. I provided all details and docs that they requested. I never got a call back and when I called to follow up they said it was in processing. 2 weeks went by at this point I already went to ICCU and got the loan we needed in 2 days. So I decided to call OneMain and notify them I no longer needed their service's. Funny thing is the lady I spoke too was rude! and then I received a letter saying that I was not approved. BOGUS! BOGUS! They plan forgot about me until I told them I got my loan else where. This place was a joke! if you need a loan apply at Idaho central credit union they are fast and professional!

These guys have always been great to work with. We have has a few loans with onemain financial and have never had an issue with what we were asking for in a personal loan. They treat u with respect and are very kind and professional people to work with. We will be more than happy to have onemain financial carry any loans we may need in the future.
