Editing 1.5 years later, changed review to 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. Absolutely do not ever do business with this company. They are full of smiles when they are completing your loan and while they are bribing you to give them a 5 star review while you finish your loan documents but they are horrible to deal with if you ever miss a payment. Ruth specifically has been threatening and extremely rude on multiple occasions over the phone and via email. She has told us that we have no options available to help us when we were out of work due to covid and also rudely reminded us that we signed multiple copies of this statement in our original loan contract but then turns around and gives us available options that she said we didn't have. All of our other creditors have been respectful even if they had no options available for us. We've never been treated so poorly by any other creditor. We also had to have a GPS installed on our car when we got the loan which wasn't a problem until she told my husband that she used it to track our location while we were behind stating that we weren't having medical issues because she could see that we're driving the car still daily. Very creepy that she would check our location in any instance other than immediately before a repossession. Highly recommend finding ANY other company to do business with.
