Been coming here for a good while. Always love seeing everyone can always count on them for good deals the best pawn shop for used item they even offer a 6 month warranty for 10% extra. Juan the manager is always helpful and outgoing thank you for always being so fun to work with. Best crew

Your store manager is the bomb! Went in with some excellent speakers and didn’t feel like I was ripped off he looked them over and gave me a reasonable amount for them. Thank you Juan and thank you pawn 1. They have an awesome staff as well never disappointed when I leave here! Keep it up!

I personally will only work with Dezy- she knows how to treat others with respect and kindness. Unfortunately that is not the case for every employee- Keith was very rude and treated me like a dummy- not what one looks for, thankfully Dezy came and helped out with me and took care of my questions without making me feel dumb. Thank you!

The manager Juan found my listing on facebook for my guitar and offered a my asking price and I was also able to get a decent deal on a guitar amp I was selling as well, great customer service

My experience was better than i could of imagined. I was nervous to have to give up something to pay a bill, i wish i could remember her name, the staff were understanding, knowledgeable, and took time to thoroughly research the correct value. I feel confident with their help, i was able to take care of my personal crisis.... and i feel better that I'll be able to get my item back sooner than later. I left with such weight off my shoulders. BiG ALSO, They have everything there. When things get better financially I'm headed there to purchase. For hunting and anything outdoor this is the place. Destiny helped me and she did everything quickly and conveniently. She helped me get the best price I could for my items. I really appreciated her help because I’ve been to pawn shops where they don’t try to help you at all they ask how much you want and give you less, no exceptions. She cared about me and my situation. I’ll definitely recommend this pawn shop to anyone and will certainly be back in the future!

Terrible management and workers. Woman wouldn't stop flirting with some guy, who wasn't even buying anything, and ignored me for 20 mins. After she finally rushed me through a sell, she sold me a broken speaker... I came back to return it 2 days later, I worked the next day, and the manager said "you knew about the 24 hour return policy and you didn't buy the warranty" then rushed to help someone else... I was NEVER told about a warranty or 24 hour return. Policy. So I waited for him to help a customer so we could talk and I could explain the situation. When he saw I was waiting to talk to him, I wasn't getting mad or acting agrivated, I just wanted to explain my situation. He ran and hid in the back and sent a new worker out to talk to me... it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a store. I even shop there all the time and have never returned anything. Absolutely a scam and they knew it.

Keith and Scott are amazing too work with! Their customer service was impeccable! I was in a pinch and they helped me out and I'm grateful thank you too this fine establishment!

I love going into this pawn 1, best one out of all the locations in the treasure valley , over all very clean store and the manager Juan is awesome always makes me have a laugh attack. I recommend this location 💯
