Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful here I am so Grateful to have a loan to pay off and close four credit card accounts and I have paid down even more It made all the difference for me since I was certainly struggling to deal with rising costs for expenses It seems to be helpful to talk to someone here instead of doing any loan application over the internet

I had went and took a loan out with this branch for how ever much they were able to give me they did good of giving me the amount I needed without a doubt but subsequently they charged me a interest rate of like 13 or 14 which a honorable percentage rate is like 8. Do after that fact of going though this process I had put my car up for collateral, they took it upon themselves to take half of the loan an pay the car off when they could have just given me the money to pay the car off myself cause I was trying to get something else financed at the time. After the fact they kept claiming to send my bank a payoff check for the car I was already financing an kept claiming they sent it which they never did. I kept persisting and kept in contact with my bank personally to see when an if they'd received it and they never did. I waited for at least a few weeks thinking and giving ONE MAIN a chance Issue another check they claimed maybe had gotten lost in the mail or to do the right thing and they just keep telling me lies over the phone. I literally had to process a hot charge on my checking account to finalize the whole loan payment before they even sent a actual check out which was like a Couple of days later or I was gonna be two months behind on my car payment which in turn would get my car taken away from me so that ONE MAIN could turn around and have the car for themselves. I would say overall my experience with this branch was very Disappointing and disatifactual due to the main manager trying to screw me out of a car which seemed like they use as a bargaining chip to loan shark you to pay. The overall team doesn't seem bad just how they conduct themselves it seems a little on the shady side I for one would an do not trust anything they say cause they are not honorable and would go behind your back to make money for their company. I wouldn't recommend going to this branch for a loan.

Very disappointing experience. Since we maintain a good record with an existing loan, they offered a pre-qualified loan. After collecting so many documents, phone calls and also going in person upon request, now they say they decided to let it down for now. If a new applicant it make sense, however I'm an existing customer, all details are with them already and they offered loan, we didn't request for it. When I was asking about it over the phone, the manager was like I'm getting other call and hung on me. Seriously! very bad. Please avoid this place.

My problem with One Main Financial isn't with the loans or the interest rate. It's with the customer service and the follow up after the loan is paid off. I used my car as collateral and they lost the title in the mail. After calling, they said they'd call me back and never did. I had to physically go to the office to get things settled. In the end, they gave me lien release papers so I could file for a replacement title myself. Also, on several occasions, I had to adjust the payment date and they didn't follow through.

Rude says it all. Not one payment missed ever, yet harassing calls if not paid before late date. Will continue to call employer number. Avoid this branch at all costs. You can only pay off faster if you work directly with corporate office.

Predatory loan sharks with no human element at all. The absolute worst. Please take your business somewhere else. They do not care about you. They only care about making as much money off of you as they possibly can. They will never refinance your loan at a lower rate/cost, contrary to what they claim. They’re modern day thieves, allowed to rob you legally. It cost me $4.59 per day, in interest, for 4 days waiting on their response and they still didn’t respond, I had to call them.

Kris was so helpful and kind. She made our loan easy and gave us a great deal. I've been with one main since 2018. Very good people 👍

This place is awesome if you want to consolidate loans. Beware the application process is long and you will spend at least 2 hours of your time IN their office. A few things: 1) Their calls aren't recorded. If you get bad info from one agent there's no way to prove that agent needs additional training. 2) Any minor changes such as a due date change and/or account update must be done in the office. 3) Their office hours suck and they are "sometimes" there on the weekends. 4) Nina and Bill need to learn how to speak to people. That's all folks! I have been a loyal customer to OneMain for over 2 years and I can't wait until I am not binded to this terrible company!!!

The 18% interest on the "pre-approved" loan wasn't great to begin with, but the payments were low enough that I would've been able to make two a month. They would've got their money, I would've been able to significantly improve my credit and pay less over the life of the loan by paying early. Win-win, I'd say. But no, only after they run my credit do I get a call saying the amount and rates are worse, and they want collateral. If I wanted a collateralized loan, I'd go to a real bank, not some online chop-shop. Know your role, bottom feeders... I wish some regulatory agency would step in regarding these predatory i-loan spots. In the meantime, I'll be doing my part by disputing the credit check and filing an FTC complaint for malicious business practices.
