OneMain Financial Floyd Rd, Mableton

The reviews regarding Tish and the Current brach manager for this particular location is on spot, I thought it was me, They are unprofessional and rude, if you can and have to, go to another branch, it seems they have a problem with answering questions or irritated and evasive in their answers.

They really only want to run your credit. They won't tell you what the criteria is or give you any information to decide if you want to apply. If you have to use collateral and your loan balance is greater than what the vehicle is worth don't waste your time applying. If when asked they told me this then I wouldn't have wasted my time or the inquiry.

When I tell you everyone was so nice soon as I walked in and said hi I'm Curtis the receptionist new who I was from phone talk and greeted me with kindness. Then my loan Officer she was fabulous so kind and she made me feel like family thx all you guys

representative was very rude!!! You should never have to question a business on attitude. I had to let her know that she was not talking to a child. If there were a negative star, that would have been the rating.

Quick, easy, professional, and friendly! Tameka is an asset to the brand and company.

It was beneficial to me when I needed the extra cash but if I would have known that my car was going to be used for collateral upfront then I probably would’ve gone through with it if that was explained in the beginning. 2nd issue my car was a total loss and I literally got phone calls everyday to make a payment when the car was going to be paid off. You live and you learn though never again. I’m good on this loan company but the money did serve it’s purpose thank god it’s paid in full

The store on Floyd Rd was so helpful! Ladies were very professional, personable, and transparent. They worked diligently with my situation and made it happen for me! Thanks Trish for being so thorough and making the process easy, simple, and quick!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating however for such a small loan OneMain took an EXTREMELY invasive look into my finances. I am sure it is their protocol however I have never experienced that with other lending institutions.

My experience was horrible, I first had an appointment with deondra, discovered I didn't have my I D that I left it at home, he then gave my paperwork and told Trish to take over, oh my GOD SHE was horrible,I felt like I was borrowing from her personal she added disability and liability without my KNOWLEDGE then she explained after adding it, I told her to take it off that I didn't want it. she was so unprofessional she said you got to explain why you don't want them, then she was like we are coming after you about our money you will have to pay us our money back...and I was thinking in my head duh,this is a loan so yea, I mean I could say more but I'm going to end it don't go to the one on floyd rd Trish ain't right....
