I called to speak to Kelly. I ended up talking to the manager that didn’t know what she was talking about. She wanted to use a vehicle I know I had no equity on. However I knew my credit score has jumped significantly and yet she still tried to use a vehicle even though the last two times I’ve went with them on their consolidation loan a vehicle equity was not required she refused to put Kelly on the phone made things difficult for me. Do not go with these people for a loan whatsoever. They are very unorganized and have no communication skills with anybody specially their so-called customers. And they lie. They put u in debt. And then when they tell you you can refinance for a lower interest-rate as you’re bettering your credit then they turn you down should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people like that.

My boyfriend received an auto loan that I make payments on. Never had an issues with them until I became 2 months behind. Even though all payments before were on time they still threatened to repo my car. If you need a quick loan do so if you can shop around. Trish is the only person at grape road office who seems to know anything. Don't waste your time talking to anyone else. They are illiterate.

This amazing place is the reason I'm almost debt free. Even with my trainwreck financial background, I was able to receive the help I needed. The staff are super friendly miracle workers!

Predatory loan company and always seems to be doing sketchy things to your loan throughout the life of the loan.

This place is a joke. Telling you approved online without telling you the stipulations. Thanks for wasting my time.

This location is Great. However!.... I started working with the other location that recently closed down. Before they closed and we had our 'polar vortex' I did am application with them. They told me I HAD to come in to the office to sign papers. With weather and family issues I was not able to come in for a week. Well that location closed. I went to the grape road location and she tried to get my loan closed but after 20 mins she said that she needed to transfer my account and I can sign all the documents on the website. . Really... I could have done this closing than weeks ago. She apologized. Got the loan closed on the website. Grape road was great.. just all the locations have no clarity on what they can offer.

I have always recieved professional financial services at this location. Patricia and her staff members are knowledgeable in providing loan and related tasks.
