Michelle is so customer oriented. She is amazing, respectful, goes above and beyond what others I noticed would never do. I personally only come there because of her very respectful kind nature. To put this Short I would no longer go there if she were not there. Thank you Michelle for being the very few in this world, Being full of kindness and respect, You can’t just go anywhere and get that nowadays. Keep up of the great work, I hope the ones that run that company know that you are the big reason behind their success. 🙂

Michelle is a great person. Very patient she made me understand how pay loans work. I wouldn't come if it wasn't for her she deserves a raise.

If you can go elsewhere save yourself the hassle and headache of dealing with rude and lazy associates who dont understand what a JOB is. Advance America is way better and the people there are so much nicer. Not like these trashy workers walking around in no shoes or bra like this is their living room! Never using their service again!

The worst cuatomer service on Grape Rd. I have ever experienced. Never open on time and never call back when they say they will. I will never go here again. I've been a customer of check into cash for probably 10 years and now since they moved my account from the portage location to grape road I have had nothing but problems. Never again!

Normally wonderful service! Today not so much! Had to stand outside the building in a line mind you the temp was 30 degrees! I guess only 1 person in the building at a time! 45 mins was my wait time, Could not get out of line or of course I would lose my spot! I have been a customer for over a year! I will now take my business somewhere else! Maybe they will lose enough customers a realize they need proper security!

I have never been a customer at Check into Cash but I found myself in a financial bind and needed to use this service. My 1st time here and the experience was horrible. I was told my bank account with credit union was not legit and despite me having my bank statements that go all the way back to May, my current check stub that showed my bank account that it's deposited to which matches with my checks and statements was told it's too different accounts. Despite me pulling up my bank info on the phone, I was treated like a criminal that is trying to do fraud and told to come back with proof of my banking account. I was told that I was being disrespectful when I was asking questions on how they are coming up with my bank account not being legit. I still need this service but I will go elsewhere. Were talking about me trying to get my money that I have worked for already ahead of time because I need help. I rather not do business here.
