The young lady who works here was so nice and easy to work with. She kept a smile on her face the whole time, while helping me. Furthermore, she knew I was coming in at the last minute and she waited on me...now that's customer service.

Waited 25 minutes in line with one person in front of me doing a loan Amber the cashier says if you're cashing a check w close in minutes I don't have cash to cash your check out time to goto the bank....... Could of went on portage to cash my check. Never go there

I do apologize if I mistake the name I believe her name was sherri she was a wonderful lady and even though I frustrated her by coming in right before they close she still managed to stay calm and had outstanding bedside manners and was pleasant to do business with I would like to thank her very much for making my week a lot easier than it has been.

This place likes to remind you about payment towards last minute of the day. I think they should call at the beginning of the day and ask about payment.

This place has great customer care and the two ladies that Work there are very kind and sweet

This is the most unprofessional place ive ever seen. I will be making a call to corporate office tmr morning. My husband and I went in on saturday 20 min before close. We filled out all applications needed. We were approved and ready for our loan. The lady behind the counter first called someone else ahead of us while holding our loan papers to sign. After that she went and locked the door as they were closing. As we were signing papers for the loan a gentleman came to the door which was already locked she proceeded to let this gentleman in when we handed her signed loan papers she says im sorry i have to shred these you will have to come in monday i have to cash this gentlemans check and will not have enough funds for your loan. Well thank you mam for taking 2 people ahead of me. And allowing a person in after you were closed and allowing a customer who had been in your store filled out and went thru your whole process to walk out without funds. And when my husband said something about it she said we have to take care of our current customers.....After the door is locked and when u have loan papers in your hand this is how u treat new customers? Enjoy your current customers because with that kind of customer servuce i bet u dont get many more.

I'm a frequent customer & have had NO problems with the staff or any loans I've gotten there. Always treated with respect & the service reps were very friendly & helpful.

They need more help especially on Fridays waiting for 45 minutes is ridiculous

This is a great place to go to get payday loans. Friendly and informative staff. And the management is awesome! Would definitely recommend.
