Cecilia she was so professional and broke things down to me as I was cashing my check. She didn't have a bad attitude she had a wonderful smile and laughed and talked to me but while doing all that she was really professional and if myself can give her a raise I would. You all have an amazing, awesome and Beautiful worker please don't lose her cause with her energy and good spirits it brightens up the place. God bless

This whole store needs a class on professionalism and respect. If I could give them a negative star I would! I came into this store three times for the same issue. The DM approved for me to cash a money order and went on vacation. I came back in the agreed date and was told the acting DM said no so they refused to cash it. I witnessed them be rude to other customers then heard with my own ears as they talked negatively about customers who just left the store. It is sad that they treat customers this way. If you don’t like your job get a new one! I promise I will never return to their store.

I am new to the whole process of getting a loan; the young lady named Rio helped me understand the process and put my mind at ease. After she explained things she helped me thru the entire process and answered all my questions. She was very patient and understanding of my situation L. I would highly recommend going to Rio for any loan needs.

I had alot of business that I needed to get done and as usuall the money order machine was not working properly. Unfortuately for Rio I was at her window. I needed 13 money orders. She had to run 1 then take the machine apart, align paper and redo the trasaction EVERY TIME. She could only run 1 ata a time. She had to do this 13 times. She was amazing and so very kind and I know she was frustrated beyond words because she kept appologizing to me but she just just kept plugging away. I should have been out in 15 minutes and I believe it was over an hour and a half before I finally left the store. Her coworker was helping as well and bothof the ladies earned my respect. The nicest check cashing place I’ve been. Even worked with a lady that shared my last name (Sandra Boyd) even though we’re no relation🤗. She was AWESOME!

Cecilia is the best! After my check was refused at another branch without the person doing due diligence. I went to this branch, and the young lady knew my check was rare. Yet she called around and had me pull up records of the company issuing my check. As simple as that, she got it approved. She simply went above and beyond. Realizing my desperate situation.

I love the atmosphere at this location . Everyone is always alert and ready to be of service. The Associate Ms. Sandra is so dedicated to delivering the best customer services. All around this location is the cleanest and most professional, as well as I’ve never had any issues with my transactions.

Carrie Bellini was the teller and did a great job. She explained to me the way that loans work and I was able to understand her. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone was very friendly.

The most unprofessional staff ive ever encountered. All of the staff was rude including the manager. Didn't cash the check either.. My first ever experience in a check cashing business and lets just say I will NOT be back

I love the service . Sandra is always the best of help. Her customer service is exceptional. Whatever questions I have, she provides a quick and accurate response. Also this location is always decorating and it’s apealing to the eye.
