Always great service! They get back to you right away and since I am already a client I can take care of everything over the phone and online, which is great as I don't always have the time to squeeze another to do to my list. I appreciate OneMain Financial they have made my life a little easier.

The one thing that I like about this company is that they didn't turn me down due to my bad credit they look over it kind of sort of and they still gave me a loan so giving me that one chance was the most important thing to me to show them that I can make my payments and that I can be a responsible person but One main financial it's a good company when you're in a tight spot or in a tough situation so if I were you I would go then because they would definitely not turn you away

Highly recommend this office. I am very impressed with the loan process, no hidden agenda, very simple and the personal service from the staff. Initially I applied online and was pre-approved, brought my documentation into the office as requested and received my check. I was laid off sometime later and payments were missed, but upon being employed, I went into the office updated my info and I'm back on track...the staff and Mr Joyner called quite often because payments were overdue however, never rude or disrespectful.
