As others have stated I regret this decision. Yes the process was easy and they were pleasant. Of course they were, they just want to get you a loan and charge you ridiculous amounts of interest. I wouldn't say I was desperate when I took the loan, I should have used better common sense. They like to call me once a month to let me know that "They are here for me". Of course you are. Not. I can't wait to be done with this loan, hoping to pay it off in full soon. Oh and Stop calling me.

The process was smooth and took little effort on my part. The representative I dealt with was very kind and friendly. I felt very welcomed and received personal attention from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

I was very happy to work with Dawn at the Cocoa Branch and it was a quick process to get the funds I needed to pay certain things that were due in December, 2019 as well as have a little extra for Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephew and their children as well as my 3 siblings. We don't get to see each other often, so we correspond online and send cards, letters and small gifts at Christmas & birthdays. Wish I they would move to Florida!

Will never deal with this place again, They have an employee who cant get it together, He doesnt listen to anything you say and turned a refinance into a 5 hour long situation. Every 5 minutes he says "I have to ask my manager" all the while the manager sits in a back room like the godfather, We re-financed our loan to release a lean off of a scooter so we can sell it as we no longer use it, We were assured the lien would get released, We now have a buyer to buy the scooter which has been a near impossible feat to do and then we find out their employee forgot to release the loan, Thanks once again spring leaf for causing us time and money, And if you try and express your grievance to them they just practice avoidance and then ask you non relevant questions.

Loan agents are very nice. You Can be out of there in about an hour with the loan available the next business day

i have had several loans with them over the years and have always opted for the insurance. now that i was disabled for several months the insurance does not pay the entire payment and even when automatic payments are disabled, due to insurance payments being made, they will still take out the money automatically, which since I'm out on disability has now caused my account to go negative and incurred insufficient fund fees. way to kick a person when they are already down and recovering

I have had 3 loans with this company! Great place to do business. David who is a loan consultant was very professional and knew how to process our loan quickly. Details of our loan were clearly disclosed and insurance products were optional and our decision. Also we loved the fact that we have no prepayment penalty on our loan!!!

Mr. Dave took great care of me..and I was happy for the service and the help with the loan. The only thing I did not like was filling out the info on line and it saying that I was approved for one amount and then I get to the local office and they tell me no it is a different amount. But Mr. Dave treated me with respect so for that he gets 4 stars. Thanks John B.

Super easy transaction. The staff was friendly, direct and helpful. Hoping to do my next car loan with them.

I was treated with respect but there are things the do not inform you about. I wish they would the keys on their computers.
