Came here in a pinch from out of town. Brought 3 power tools 2 batteries and a charger and got what I asked for no hassle no haggle. Staff was friendly and efficient. Had a pretty decent selection on stuff. Big selection of firearms specifically handguns. I recommend checking it out if you’ve never been. Thanks for the help y’all. See y’all again soon.

I went to Value Pawn. I met a new girl. Her name was Tina. She didn't know much but she helped me to the best of her ability. A gentleman named PG helped her out and they helped me get the money I needed. Thank you!!

This is absolutely one of the worst Value Pawns's I have ever been to. The employees profile you and change the rules on a daily basis on what you can and can't pawn and deny people the opportunity to pawn because they pre judge and profile them. They also talk bad behind your back. Dominic is one of the worst ones. Not to mention their employee turnover rate is like 80 percent. In the last year alone they have gone through 3 General managers. Brett the Gun specialist is the only one at the entire store that is an good employee and person in General. He is fair and truthful. The rules change constantly one minute it's ok to pawn stuff in a box without a receipt (believe it or not people get gifts) then later that day your not allowed. So I bring a reciept to them only the reciept is in a different language and now they say they can't take that either because it was purchased in a different country who's language you don't know how to read. And another situation Dominic decided to open up All the items I brought in them were a new boxes and then ring them up as used because now they were opened. And another final thing they intentionally take forever to get you out of there answering phones and helping other people when you've been there for hours. Then they profile you and say a 200 item is only worth 5 dollars cause they cant sell them in this area. To which I replied I'm pawning it you don't need to worry about selling it I'm going to come get it back out. And then I reply if they're not good in this area why are they selling them in this area at the stores. I will be posting more and more every day till the whole store is replaced and Brett is the Manager.

Amanda is awesome. She is customer friendly. Quick, doesn't waste time. Concentrates on the person in front of her. She adds a lot of positive personality to your team. Her "style" is awesome... keep her... she needs a raise....

Danielle was training Devlen and it was wonderful service. Very attentive.Was quick to see that I was served,. PG also helped me until IT WAS time for him to get off. This place rocks, I go there all the time for older tech that I can modify and once in a blue moon to pawn things when I'm in a jam.. Brittany always takes such great care of me. Be cautious they'll low ball you or give you barely what you need. Then sell you item for a home run. Service depending on mood like the weather. Save your time and go somewhere else .

I have been in this pawn shop a few times and worked with management Lindsey and she was amazing. She knew you stuff and was able to answer all questions. She was very busy with other customers. She greets everyone that walked in. Even though she has to wear a mask you can tell she alway had a smile for her customers. I would and will be back for her to help me. Great personality.

I visited value pawn today. But before I did that I called around because I had not the everyday thing. And wasn’t sure if they took it. I called multiple pawn shops and they were short with me and I felt like they didn’t want to talk to me. Anyway Britney answered the phone and right away I knew that’s where I was going. She was nice, professional, and polite. I arrived like I told her I would and 45 mins later I had cash in hand. Great experience. I will go there for all my needs.

This place has had it's highs & lows throughout the years. They've got a hard working & friendly staff who are always eager to help (within reason). Buyers beware!! If you plan on buying any speakers Or electronics make sure you have them test it in front of you before you purchase it! Bought a defective amp prior to my recent purchase of a blown subwoofer…..I know…… you’re thinking how is that possible they test everything and make sure it works before they sell it!!! Shame on me for giving this business a second chance. At least I know now that instead of throwing away my blown equipment this place will happily buy it!

I’ve come to this pawnshop a few times to sell old gold and an iPhone. This shop is low pressure and I feel safer coming here than other places in town. Brittney is usually there and she helps selling old jewelry very easy for me. They also give you better value for your gold if you become a regular visitor.

So I put down more than what was asked on an item for layaway and been making my payments. I just had surgery and knew I'd be late making my payment so I called to extend it till the next day. Well apparently they didnt note it so they put item back on shelf just as someone bought it and I had only 2 payments left on it. Everytime I call to make a payment they are always laughing and playing around. Never serious on a professional note. They would be on the phone with u but talking to many others. I refuse to do business with them ever again. Now I'm out of the item I needed/wanted all because someone didnt note system while I was out having surgery. If anything I should get my money back because it's their mistake. Not no store credit.

I went in today July 29, 2021 to have my husband ring repaired, they was unable to repair it for me , but Danielle to her time to untangle a necklace for me for free out the kindness of her heart . Thank you Danielle

So my visit was great. Tiffany was my broaker and she did a wonderful job of getting me the money I needed for the items that I brought in. And Brittany was excellent at showing her how to help her with managing the system to get me what I needed. I highly recommend this pawn shop to anyone and everyone who has a desperate need for a real estimate on their valuables. The service was fantastic and I think they are really good at there jobs. Outstanding place, Brett is always helpful. He handles all the firearms in safe manor, we recommend the place to all our classes and always tell them to ask for Brett.
