The staff here at Cheney are very knowledgeable and friendly. They can help you out in your time of need. Definitely recommend. The store is clean. They also collect food and pull tabs to help the community. Love the staff at Cheney Highway!

I went in your business for a money order, i was referred here because i heard money orders were free. Upon me approaching the counter, I had tried to speak to the representative whose name is Tammy. Let's just say this was an awful and worst experience i have ever had. She was rude, uncaring and not attentive. She was laughing with another co worker and telling me she would be with me in a minute. The fact that i had to wait for her to be done socializing while my schedule was not concerning to her and my needs were not met, so upon this I went and paid to get a money order somewhere else. I seen the reviews on here were high, I am wondering why I was not shown the same customer service and attention. I won't be coming back to this store.

I love coming to this location because of manager Tammy and her very enthusiastic attitude and willingness to help anyone who comes in her store. I live within walking distance of one of y'all stores but chose not because of the friendliness and comfortable environment that her store brings to me. She is a very good person.

These ladies are absolutely amazing! Great attitudes. Great customer service. They really know how to treat their customers. It is a one stop shop.....loans, money orders and a ton of knowledge of things in the community. I have never met more caring people.
