Theyre a title loan company. First thing they do is want you car title. Then they call your insurance and request to be put on the policy. Then they sell your contact info to spammers. Be prepares for a lot of spam if you give them your info.

Very unimpressed. I went from being preapproved, to fully approved, to just bring in the paperwork, to unapproved, because of an internal mistake someone at the office made. Then when they went to run the numbers again for approval, I was informed that the system was down. To make matters worse, when I explained that my 'debt consolidation loan' was done for the purpose of 'credit repair', they started to make a threat to me along the lines of , 'we're going to need to include that when we reprocess your application. You might not get approved because of that.' Total BS. Highly recommend you go somewhere else for an overpriced loan.

Very unimpressed. I went from being pre-approved, to fully approved by email notification and verification by an associate named Damien. I brought in the paperwork needed as previously discussed on the phone to be told that after showing up I don’t have all the required documents needed; now I am unable to be approved based on the same info I was previously qualified for twice! I asked to speak to the manager and the incompetent associate continued to speak in circles which when the incompetent manage, that I’m assuming trained along managing him, came in spoke in the same circle. Total BS and huge waste of time. Do not recommend. I’ve done loans before and once you provide the required documents (which I did online and by email) and are approved, that’s final, the loan is yours. Not to be told later that it’s all pre-approved. The “pre” was never used again after the very first time; Every other correspondence was that I was approved up until I showed up.

Honestly, after my divorce my credit plummeted after working so hard to remove all the negative accounts due to my identity theft and finally having my CS to 694... which was awesome from where it was when I first found out there was another ME with my information and employed under my SS. A couple of negative accounts, I am still dealing with, unfortunately. So, after finally getting a chance with a couple of credit cards which I pay early or on time, I decided to apply for an installment loan that can help with boosting my credit a bit faster. I was initially denied, which I was not so thrilled about due to it hitting my credit report. I will take the hit as long as I’m approved, which was my thoughts when applying after receiving a pre-approved notice. The Monday after I was denied, I got a call from Ms. Janet from OneMain. Lo and behold, I was approved after taking a second look at my credit profile. I was approved with a secured loan. Which I always was against, but I was in need of more credit and funds. My vehicle was paid off 4 years ago, so it worked out perfectly. I was so so so elated that they took a chance on me. Ms. Janet made me feel like I was in good hands and made everything so simple and was very clear when provide my options on what will work out best for me in the long run. Along with that, the perks OneMain has for us are astounding. The rewards you can accumulate simply by learning ways to better your finances, improving your credit, better chance to get approved for a higher loan... for me an unsecured loan, etc. Thank you Thank you Thank you OneMain!!!!

I had a pretty great and seamless experience with the branch, my only issue is that it wasn’t made clear that my payoffs would be in check form written directly to the creditors instead of me and rounded down, so I had to write additional checks for the balances AND both payments were late because I had to mail them.

Kenny was very professional and friendly allllll the time. Explained everything step by step. Worked around my schedule.

I don’t know what everybody else said, I am talking about personal experience I had one was 10 years ago when it use to be citi financial, and recently both of the loans I got is secure loan through my car title because my credit is not good, however I had really good experience. And if you compare this with any other place for the car title loan that’s no no no because the other places they charge huge amount of money every two weeks.
