They take the time to be thorough in explaining everything on your credit report; guiding you through your next steps and what they see being the absolute best foot forward. They give you profound advice, keep in contact and update you on what’s going on behind the scenes (which is very much respected when you’re adamant about getting great things done with your credit and quickly)! The customer service is phenomenal and they make you feel like family. Would highly recommend this service to anyone that is wanting to repair and build their credit with a trustworthy and caring company!

The credit agents are very good at what they do. I knew absolutely nothing about credit or how it worked and the agents were very patient and very friendly and they took the time to educate me on how the entire process works . The staff is great with explaining how everything works. Amanda and Michelle are extremely knowledgeable with the process and are very pleasant to work with! I've been with The Credit Agents for about a week now and already have an item removed(Whitney was awesome in getting me signed up). I had a minor technical issue with logging in and Michelle was quick to assist me with fixing it. I sent a text and not even 3 minutes later I received a call from her to help. This Credit Agency has worked wondered so far on my credit report. In just a short 2 months they have been able to get my credit score increased and they also have payment arrangements which is a plus. The 5 star review is because of Lydia. She answered all of my questions and directed me on where to find the most recent deletions on my credit report. She asked if I had any referrals. I actually do, however, the company tried to take credit for my own efforts of deleting a creditor and invoiced me accordingly. That rubbed me the wrong way. I explained to Lydia the situation and she’s the only person who understood how and why it happened. I’m grateful to the company for reversing that specific invoice. Lydia is the reason I’ll probably end up referring my friends and family. Thanks again Lydia!

Ms Carla was very helpful! In just one month in my score with all 3 credit bureaus went up between 35 and 40 points! I was impressed! It’s a plus they work with you when it comes to payment arrangements! I’m looking forward to see what happens next month!

This company is terrible and will not honor their money back guarantee. I followed their plan and gave them 5-6 months. Paid for subscription in their sister company Identity IQ and even took out a personal loan they recommended to increase my credit score. Asked to cancel multiple times and was pushed off several times. Asked to speak to a manager and was never connected to one. I got a report from them deleting my own addresses. Asked them to fix but was denied. I was told best they could do is that they would not charge me. Called in again for a refund and was told I qualified but had to wait 30-90 days for a second manager approval. Stay away from this company. They will keep lying and cheating. They take advantage of desperate people. Maybe a manager will finally contact me now after two months of calling and trying.

My credit score was a low 400-415, after 6 months with the Credit agent's my score is above 620. They are very helpful and informed about how everything works. Worth the monies. I recommend contacting them ASAP, the sooner they start the sooner you credit score goes up.

I have had nothing but a good experience since I started this credit repair process. Just with the first round of dispute letters they sent out I already have 3 items removed from my credit report! The credit agents did remove some of my stuff of my credit very satisfied about that but i didnt see a change in my credit but it is a process and i will continue my steps with them and i do recommend. They are also very flexible with their payment arrangements if you communicate.

I began with THE CREDIT AGENTS back in January 2021, and within 3 months, I had a LOT of deletions done. The PAY PER DELETIONS program was the best solution for me, and they worked with me to allow payments of the invoice, and every invoice after. The only monthly fee was for credit monitoring service, which you give access to for them to keep up on your credit. My parents tried this other repair service from Denton, TX, but it was monthly and after 6 months only about 3 deletions have been done. TERRIBLE SERVICE. After telling them about my pick, they are switching over to THE CREDIT AGENTS to get the REAL RESULTS.

Slow on removing accounts 4 months in and they removed 2 late payments and charged me 100 on top of the 280 I already paid. Most of my bad accounts are still there. Still hoping they can help me but as of now they have shown little results.

I was mislead about the program in regards to fixing my husband and I credit . The goal was to help us with credit to move into a rent to own home. However I feel like I have wasted a lot of money with them they didn’t tell me that they charge for each credit bureaus which got very expensive and that you can’t get into a home until your credit score is over a 620 if that’s the case I don’t need to rent to own I’ll just buy ! then once they started updating address etc they open up a can of worms to acct s thst were closed and my vehicle got repo and I end up having to pay a rental company that they were supposed to dispute. They didn’t show any sympathy or empathy for me once I’ve told them what they done they didn’t offer no disco on my balance after what happen to me I mean the goal shouldn’t be to open up a can of worms correct?! so I wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with them weigh your options

How do you recommend creative agent really work with you make you understand everything you're doing whenever I hire credit agent my score was around 5:30 and just one month and a 1/2 my credit score went up 6:30 and 720 They only make you pay whenever an item is deleted that's really works!!

Was initially excited to start this journey with this company back in July 2021, unfortunately no results were proven until after I requested for cancelation. (what a coincidence!) Only one minor deletion completed within the program. The communication was very poor during the entire time with the company, got maybe a max of 3 calls/text/emails to inform me of anything going on with my account. That makes it difficult to want to continue with this company. FYI... I did call your company at 4:50pm on Fri 2/11 and asked for a supervisor to resolve this matter. The rep I was speaking with placed me on hold to see if one was available and when there was not she informed me one would reach back out to me. I'm still waiting for a call Sat 2/12 @ 7pm.

Superior customer service. They are excellent with their communication. I travel a lot for work and in don't have the time to call and check and chase them for updates. I've worked with other credit repair services and the communication & updates were far apart and in between. I would recommend looking into this company for your credit repair help and services.

The Credit Agents are 100% legitimate. They are very responsive and communicate everything that they do. Within the first 45 days, They DELETETED 3 things so far off my credit report. My husband and I just started our credit repair process with The Credit Agents and so far they have been amazing. We have been working with Michelle who is very nice and welcoming and extremly knowledgeable in this area. Since the start of this process they have kept in contact and gave us every tool we need to help stay connected to know exactly where we are at with the repair. Definitely will be recommending them.

Right now at this minute, I’m not happy at all. I’ve been with them for the 6 of the rounds , which has now been a year only 1 thing was removed, I called several times the last time in March to tell them I wanted them to continue, never heard 1 word back, it’s now July and I called them today, they repeated I’ll have someone get in touch with you. She says she’s waiting on the manager to call her back, I told her you said that in March. Also I’ve referred 2 people, and I asked about me getting credit for them, and they say they didn’t give them my name, which isn’t true because I was sitting with the 2 people when they told them my name. Now they have to get back with me again. I truly understand people are busy, but not to hear a word in 4 months, no movement on my credit report at all. Not happy at this moment. Yes I understand it takes a lot of work, but again nothing for months. I had to call them. They seemed really concerned in the beginning, but I feel like I’m thrown to the wolves. Help this make sense.

Michelle took the time to explain to me the process of how derogatory marks came off of some credit reports and the others did not. Her explanation reassured me that the process would continue until those things were removed. Thank you Michelle ! I highly recommend credit agents! They are knowledgeable, professional and care about your situation. If you need help give them a call!

Don't waste your time or money, they claim to remove items from your credit report and charge you for it but if you pay close attention the items are never actually removed or they are back on your report within 30 days and they if they remove it again....it's another charge. They have not been much help at all. You would do better by disputing items yourself or paying down your debt even if it's a little at a time. I'm not interested in your lame automated response either, a simple " thank you for the free money" will do.

I am not sure if all of these positive reviews are real. I am on my 4th month of the program and only 2 items came off that were new not the existing ones that were on my initial credit report. They will tell you on the initial call how they will get most of the bad credit items off in the first 6 months. In my experience that has not happened they are not even able to change my incorrect name information on my credit report. I have already asked about a refund and they did not respond back. Honestly I do not see any value in their service, they make it sound very good in the beginning but don't believe them, its all marketing. So far the results are very poor and I have had more success on my own in the past for free.

The credit agents are fast. I have only been with them a month and already they’ve gotten 7 negative items on my credit deleted. In Just one month. I’ve had a 20 point increase in less than a month on all three bureaus and I’m excited.

My experience was not positive. They didn’t not produce the results they said they would and they did not honor their money back guarantee. My credit has improved greatly since I parted ways with The Credit Agents but the change was due to my hard work and effort. Prior to leaving the Credit Agents I discussed how unhappy I was with their service and the lack of results. I was told to call back to discuss my refund but nobody that I was transferred to coins assist and nobody that could assist me ever called back. The results don’t happen as they say they will and they do not honor their money back guarantee as their my say they will (at least in my case).

Dont believe these folks. This is a bad company and will take your money. They say they'll give you updates every month, but never do. They dont want to give me a refund. I told them they didnt come through with there promise and i needed my money back. They said i had to make appointment with the supervisor to get my money back. They put me on hold for over 1hr and i had to call back. Dont trust this company. Filing a lawsuit against them and reporting them to bbb.

They honestly are a legit team and business. They work with you and they are always available to answer questions and concerns. They do have flexible payment arrangements you just have to ask them to set one up for you! I’ve been a customer since March 2021 and I was extremely nervous because they required a deposit of 150$ a piece from my husband and I but they actually set us up on a payment plan for that as well and still got started on the deletions!! I’m on phase 7 and they will keep working until phase 10 by that time if they have exhausted their attempts they will help me consolidate my debt for payments!! My experience was not 100% satisfactory, because they charged me for deletions that were deleted before my services with them and even after providing them with proof they would not credit me until I provided a written statement from the credit bureau. I still have not been completely credited at this time. Overall my credit score has increased.

I have been working with this company for almost a year. They have helped my credit. However, communication is extremely low. If it’s about a payment, the response time is instant. If you want them to do something like reach out to the credit bureaus on your behalf, not going to happen. I have text threads, emails and notes in my account, nothing! I am extremely annoyed and angry! Signed Rosa Update. The first person I spoke to said it couldn’t be done due to being in the middle of the dispute. I called Transunion and Equifax and had it removed. I couldn’t get a live person at Experian so I asked them to reach out. I finally spoke with Michelle on 01/17/22. She was supposed to get back to me with an update today. Did not happen. Unprofessional and lack of communication deters referrals.

As of right now, I've given a 300$ start up fee. It's been about 4 months give or take maybe a little more. I haven't seen one thing negative fall off my credit. Over the course of the last month I've taken it upon myself to call Experian, Transunion and Equifax. Having spent hours on the phone and disputing things on my own. I've been more successful doing it myself so far then these folks. Hell I'll at this point I feel like I gave away 300$ for free.

You might as well send the letters out yourself they charge you $350 upfront and any old addresses you may have they charge you $25 per deletion! Customer service is terrible and they do not assist with credit building tips!! Absolutely a waste of money!!!!
