Extremely rude, disorganized, no communication, unprofessional, not secure with your personal information (which is scary),will tell you one thing and immediately backtrack their lies. They dont even deserve one star. Run as fast and far as you can!!

This is a great group! Christian is very helpful and patient as he helps you to understand all the details of the loan process through every step. The staff makes you feel welcomed and Brandy, the manager is present and friendly and leads a good team!

Attempted a consolidate loan, only have 4 old accounts on my credit, totalling less than 12k. I own my home, no repossessions or bankruptcies. The system gathers my info and instantly denies within half a second. I called the local branch and they can't find my application and in talking with them, they have no way of over writing it to underwriting and resubmit for an approval. That's absurd, never heard of a loan company that has no underwriting power, not even to communicate with their main office. I have secure decent income too so they say it's not based on credit score, but it's obvious it is otherwise it would not be denied instantly. They say the system looks at everything, however that's not the case, it's very much so based on credit score or they would have an underwriter looking at the applications. Well glad it happened like this as now I know it's just another RIP off company that bases themselves on scores and not the person's potential to consolidate & repay.

This was an easy and fast process. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful. I would certainly consider using them again.

Best experience ever, application process was almost too easy and simple. Office staff was so friendly and conscious of keeping things sanitized. Extremely professional....these guys are miracle workers and helped me even more than I thought possible.

Priscilla was very helpful , effecient n courteous. Also when 1st arriving we were greeted n taken care of, by a polite young man. He took us 2 a cubicle, brought us some water, took our paperwork 2 make copies 4 Priscilla as she was on the phone. After Priscilla was able 2 take care of us the whole process was efficient, fast, details were explained 2 our satisfaction. Your personal r courteous, friendly, helpful n knowledgeable. This branch use to be great. I made several purchases using one main. Now that Jason Maher is the manager it is the worst embarrassment ever. He makes his own rules and told me corporate doesn’t know what their doing. He does not value customers and if you don’t keep your loan open for the full term he has no interest in doing business.

I was dumb enough to get a loan. I was extreamly desperate but did it anyway. They are literally loan sharks. PLEASE do not go to these people. How they sleep at night is beyond me. They are real scumbags.
