I've been a customer for several years. Easy loan process. Friendly, professional loan advisers. Danielle is always very friendly and helpful. Quick, seamless process that allows you to complete everything within several hours. Nice app for making payments and monitoring loan and rewards. Clean, comfortable office centrally located in Grand Island. They offer higher interest loans for those with less than perfect credit, so it's best to pay more than due and payoff early to avoid unwanted interest fees.

If i could give this a zero star rating i would I was approved for a loan online. Danielle from the grand island office called me and at the time I was busy dealing with a sick child. So I accidentally answered and then hung up. I called her back two hours later, and simply asked her a question. She then told me that my account had been closed out already because I answered the phone and hung up on her. When I started explaining why I had done that, she hung up on me. Never in a million years would I recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Danielle was rude and needs to learn customer service skills.

Heaven for bid you have to use the disability insurance. Talk about dragging feet. A continuing claim according to them they have to be updated even if the doctor says he is not sure but gives a date of a follow up that doesnt matter. They will still take the money out of your bank and leave you in the red. Customer care has no solution corporate number had no solution and the local office has no solution either. What the hell is this disability insurance for ? Dont take the disability insurance unless you want to jump through rings of fire.

What a joke! Applied for a loan and they approved me for way more them I asked for and told me I needed to put my other vehicles up as collateral. I told them the the loan amount I asked for was far less and the car I offered as collateral was worth what I was asking in KBB. They then told me that they would not loan me anything! This place is a complete joke and all they want is for stupid people to buy into their games!! Never go here!!

Easy to get a loan but, interest is way to high. They charge interest upfront instead of monthly. They are loan sharks! Recommendation don't get a loan here unless it's a absolutely necessary.

Called in to make a simple payment change and they did not do what they said they were going to do. Caleb was the guy I worked with and when I got frustrated with him because he wasn’t understanding that the conversation we had was different than his recollection, I was laughed at. Andrea the “supervisor “ was rude and completely insensitive to the situation. Very unprofessional between both of them. Very disappointed with their customer service.

They made it way easier than I thought it would be, .only was in my account by next morning

If I could leave a negative 10 review I would! Do not get a loan from this place for any amount! You will deeply regret it! We got a loan for $4,000 and have to pay back $9,000 and I'm not kidding. Definitely read the fine print and know what you're paying back in full detail before signing any paperwork with them. I can't believe this is even legal?! Seriously my most regretful mistake ever, I will never do this again in my lifetime!

This place website will tell you are pre-approved for a loan and then tell you that they can't help and won't give you a reason why they won't help. So don't believe what they say on the internet. They told us we was pre-approved for up to 5000 then turned around and said we can't do anything for you
