Express Pawn Island

Bad staff. Visited a number of times. They will not buy anything I've been trying to sell. Never had this issue in any other pawn shop I've been to within the last several years. I feel discriminated against. Will not bother wasting my time and gas again.

I absolutely love express pawn. Anthony is a great asset to the company and definitely makes you feel welcomed when you walk in. I make several purchases through them and cant name one time I wasn't happy with it. Keep up the great work and I'll definitely be back

It is a pawn shop, not unlike any pawn shop. Don't believe I have ever purchased anything. They said to shoot them an offer for anything the first time I looked around. Thinking they are open to negotiation. Like to wonder through when I am in town.

Anthony is one of the best in customer service. That man deserves a raise for everything he does for the store and it’s guests. Bilingual and multifaceted, he won’t let you down!

Had a job interview and before it even started I was asked if I spoke Spanish and I had replied with no and was told sorry we need someone that does…. I don’t even want to give them the one star because it didn’t say I had to speak Spanish on the job application. Wont ever go there again.

I've purchased several things in the past and had no problems but my most recent adventure wasn't so great. Purchased a " McDermitt" pool stick for my husband for Valentine's day and it really was not that brand. I paid $140 for a $20 pool stick and when I took it back they wouldn't refund my cash wanted to give me store credit. When u are misrepresenting an item. And a customer catches on and wants to return it because u lied about it they should get their money back

They are always friendly and helpfull. Todd is amazing. He has talked to me during some rough times and has never judged me. The store also has many nice items especially jewelry.

they must deleting the other reviews and the 7 reviews must be there's. you seem to only get any customer service if you seemed extremely gullible it's not hard to figure out why. they Mark up their merchandise three to five times higher than what it sells brand new.went in there the other day to see what they had for gaming headphones did not get no help whatsoever found headphones almost $40 for said used headphones same new headphones at Walmart in town $15. bottom line if you would like to get insulted and get ripped off there's the place to go

The guys here are very helpful. If you are buying, selling or pawning, they're the ones to go to.
