Questionable competence. Can't log in to thieir website despite having (and paid off) a large loan last year with them. I spent an hour on the phone with three different employees yesterday and let them all know that I could not log into the website. Not one of them helped me through the situation. The last woman, Tammy, was supposed to call me back yesterday after her lunch break and I never heard from her. She sent me a link yesterday before taking her break (that was "supposed to work") and when I clicked on the link it took me to their website and asked me to sign in. I cannot sign in, it says unable to verify. I cannot reset my password, it tells me password reset failed. I then emailed their online support and got back an email saying to call their office to talk about an application. I did not ask about an application, I asked about getting logged into the website after the office clearly cannot help me. At this point, I'm taking my business somewhere else. You guys don't have a clue.

Awesome , I was treated with such respect everyone greeted me when I walked in the door and showed concern for what my needs were and explained to me about the process. I however had hoped to receive a bit more then I did I am very grateful for what you all provided. I will refer you to anyone anyday. Thank you so much.

Ms. Tammy Edwards was my Personal Loan Specialist. She was extremely kind and helpful. She took my information and told me that she would work up my application and see if she could help. She called back in a timely manner and explained what kind of loan One Main could make to me. In completing the process, she explained each step and made certain that I understood the process each step of the way. I am sincerely grateful for her help!

Recommend not getting involved with this company, was declined for loan, which was ok, then was contacted and informed was approved, after wasting time providing information, was declined. Would add negative 1 star if I could. Not only getting declined which that is no big deal but will damage your hard earned credit score with there hard inquiries.

Worst company EVER!!! If you ever past your due date, they will call you 3 to 4 times a day even after they have spoken with you. And it's not automated, it's a live person. Stop please. It's harassment to me. I definitely will not refer anyone to them.

Betty in the Green springs office is very unprofessional and she gives incorrect information regarding the loan process..she is has the worse customer service skills and a very negative attitude. I started off working with Candace when I got my original loan and she is wonderful and she was very knowledgeable. I don’t understand how I even dealt with know nothing Betty these last few times and she hasn’t answered any of my questions correctly!!!! She is the worse.. I have been with them since 2020

Betty Jean was excellent. She was professional and helpful and did all she could to meet my needs.

The receptionist was very friendly and hospitable making sure that I was comfortable during my 2 1/2 hour wait which was very inconvenient being that everything was pre-approved and all my paperwork had been emailed over. However the financial advisor was very nice and explained everything thoroughly and answered necessary questions. The office environment was very friendly. The wait time was my only drawback.

I had the pleasure of working with Betty Gadson at store 1705. Through her professionalism she was very sweet. She took her time and explained everything. With all thats going on in the world. It felt so good to deal with someone with such a warm personality. Ms.Betty Jean is what companies like this need. Thank You Betty! Your spirit will take you far.

One main, harasses the customers, calling from personal phones, checking credit report without permission,then call try to loan more money. Lie about Reporting to credit bureau . But if I had a bad report with them I know they would report that. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They call after hours, I can go on. This is not a good lending company , unless you can't do better at ttt he moment .
