If your not careful on their standard payment plans you will almost certainly pay more than your loan amount in interest alone. Even with a solid plan to pay back quickly, please keep in mind... $300+ FLAT RATE FEE (origination fee) on every loan $200+ TO PAY IN FULL (even though they say no penalty to pay in full) 30%+ interest rates on 24-60 month terms = paying out over double your loan $$$

Kailee is the best Representative of a company that cares. With everything going on in our State yet alone Country she took time to take my call today. She put my mind at ease about my upcoming payment. And she was extremely kind. Her Branch Manager Corey needs to give her a big fat raise!!

Very good at getting loans. But there are too many extra add ins they include in the loan. The interest rate is really high!! I have called on 3 different occasions, trying to get the title to my car.

My Loan was approved & disbursed in short amount of time. I requested a loan, provided needed documents on one day, went in the office and signed the loan agreement on the second day after work and the check was in my account the day after that. I'm sure this could have been done in less time except I work 8 hours a day.

They charge an insane amount of interest. My loan payment is almost as much as my rent and when I pay more than 3/4 is pocketed as interest and only less than a 1/4 is principle. Will never do a loan with any company. However the people there are pretty nice and willing to work with you.

I recently applied for a loan with One Main Financial on line via Credit Karma webpage... when I applied, I did so not thinking I would actually be approved. A nice gentleman called me from the local branch here in Eugene and asked if I'd like to see if they had a plan that would work for me. As it turned out, I was able to get a loan to consolidate all my credit cards, and have a little left over to get repairs done on my truck!! Though, the interest rate was a little high, he assured me that if I kept my credit card balances low I could refinance the loan in a few months for a lower interest rate!! First, I'd like to say the customer service provided by Sean and Brandon was above and beyond anything I've experienced in a long long while. One of my creditors sent back one of the consolidation payment checks to One Main, because they said they didn't know where to apply it to (!!!???) They offered to OVERNGHT the check to the proper dept with the proper paperwork attached!!! Thank you very much Sean and Brandon for making this process easy, friendly and first class!!

Branch management is either dishonest or incompetent. Either way provides false information and denies doing so. Whatever it takes to keep collecting high interest rates. It’s a disgrace for a company that advertises as making lending humane
