Had a great experience.....at first. Never missed a payment and paid off early. They called me up and said they would love to do business with me again. I said great and went in to do the paperwork and they told me they couldn't do business with me. 6 months later rhey had the nerve to call me and say they wanted to do business with me. You spit in my face with a smile and then invite me back for another round?

Recently got a loan to consolidate debt. During my application, I explained that I would be selling my car and buying my dad’s. Said that was perfectly fine and they would just use his car for the loan instead of mine. I recently found a buyer for my car, so I called and let them know I was selling it. Now they proceed to tell me I cannot sell my car unless I pay everything get for it to them, however, the money is needed to buy my dad’s car and that was explained. Worth noting, my dad recently passed in August very unexpectedly. After going back on their word that I could sell my car originally, they proceeded to tell me my mother needed to step up after my fathers death. Absolutely no need for it. So now I have to keep my older car and sell my fathers, which was his most prized possession, after they originally told me I could sell mine. Currently looking for someone else to take over this loan and would never recommend them to anyone.

Insane interest rates. Made a full payment one day and they still took out another payment, putting my account into the negative. Called and was basically told oh well not our problem. Don't waste your time with them!

We've been customers for 3yrs. It's actually a great place to do business. Sure the rates are pretty high but it's really a lender for folks with less than desireable credit I think. When you can't get a loan at a regular rate or institution, check them out. The staff is always friendly and they've worked with us in keeping our payment current as well. I'd recommend them.

I'd honestly give them no stars if I could. Not once but twice I had bad experiences with the office in Springfield, il. First I was trying to get a loan to buy a car, got the check, went to the dealership and they cut the check for the wrong amount. Ended up not buying the car in the first place. Then attempted to refinance the vehicle I all ready own, was told that my cosigner on my vehicle just needed to sign a paper, and didn't need to come in to the office, then drove 40 minutes out of my way for them to tell me he does need to come in the office to sign papers, per the manager, but yet I was told by the same lady Brittany, the day before her manager said my co signer didn't need to come. Even if they gave me an interest free loan, I'd never do business with them. Thank God I got out of the mess before I ever got into it. I can only imagine, what shape I'd be in had I taken either of these considering you have staff trying to act like management. I wouldn't recommend anyone get a loan from this company.

Augustin at the Springfield location was amazing and went above and beyond to help me.. Chris the Manager was also great!
