The experience I had here at one main was phenomenal they helped me so much I really appreciate all the efforts they have done to get me into a loan.

Abolutely did not like. Service was terrible, information was not given with confidence. Everytime I called nothing was in anyway formal, and I was told multiple times I would get a call back in a couple minutes and never got a call back. Seems like they do not actually care about getting peoples business. Not only that I had applied for an unsercured loan and when I called back(cause no one called me), they were using my vehicle for a secured loan which is NOT what I was applying for... place seems kind of shady and I do not recommend people using these services.

They were very quick and friendly. No stress, no worries. Rates are definitely high but when you're in a jam... They come to the quick rescue.

Highly unprofessional. Received a call, called back to speak with somebody ("M") regarding the details of a small consolidation loan. After three minutes of awkward silence, and having felt like I interrupted someone's dinner the whole time, I hung up. Johnson City, NY branch was ultimately helpful, seemed hard-pressed about it though.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Make sure you are fully informed before signing anything. Have been a customer with One Main Financial on several occasions. Go out of their way to satisfy customer needs.

Absolute joke of a place. John would give me 3 different answers on amount they would approve me for and then in the end say oh well we cant do anything. He would never call me back when requested. And to add it all promises thing they cant keep. Never go with this disgrace of a company save yourself the hassle.

Absolutely terrible. I dealt with them in the past and after paying off my loan they messed up and never took the lien off my truck even though I paid off the loan early. I just recently tried for another loan and the said I was approved and I had to bring down more paperwork and my motorcycle so they could use that as collateral. I called the day I was bringing all information down and after I got there with the motorcycle in the rain the guy tells me he can't give me the loan. First off the motorcycle is worth more than I was asking for. I have no idea why they told me yes I could get the loan on 2 different occasions then when I bring it all down that's when he tells me no. I will never deal with these people again and I highly recommend to everyone to stay away from this place because it's a joke. I would give it less then 1 star if I could. Completely wasted my time when I could of tried another place like Regency. Terrible terrible place with rude ignorant people.

They charged my old bank account after being contacted in advance and told that I had closed it. They were given my new account info well before the payment was due and yet they still insist I owe them a $20 "returned check fee" because they went ahead and charged the old (closed) bank account anyway.

Highly recommend this company, fast service, very dependable. I give them a 5 Star plus My wife and I are very happy with their service I am not an employee of OneMain Financial, We are just customers of theirs.if I could give them A 100 Star recommendation I would Best company ever!!!!!
