I almost get a loan here cuz credit karma recommended to me with a 17% rate for 9k but when I was dealing with this guys they were refusing to give me a rate but when I was about to sign it was 42% rate so to you all be careful u don’t want to pay 21k for 9k this guys are very unprofessional

everything went super smoothly once I applied the response was fast, representative was nice and well informed about the loan, the only issue was they supposed to be give me a gift card once I was approved never received

They took a chance on me when no one else would. Was able to pay my loan off super early. With their online automatic payments it made it so much easier. The reps would call to keep up if anything happened with payment issues. 10/10 would recommend

There is an employee there her name is ohla something like that ...she shouldn’t be working in a field where she’s responsible for handling people’s money or signing contracts. She’s not knowledgeable enough and she’s just shady AF she’ll tell you what ever you want to hear just to get you to sign. So basically I asked for a loan specifically to obtain my title and sell my car that was my one intention. I told her that. She told me numerous times I’d definitely be able to do that. Come to find out after she asked her manager they wanted to hold the title which would take months for them to get from the lien holder and I’d be paying higher interest and monthly payment. That’s something she should have told me beforehand!!! When I got upset letting her know that wasn’t what she had told me when I signed, she unprofessionally and rudely stated she’s not going to discuss numbers with me until they have the title and she’s not going to go back and forth with me. All I wanted was a clear explanation. When I talked to the manager he did clarify everything with me and I was able to cancel but I wasted time from work and had to get a cashiers check to return the loan which wasn’t free had this woman known how to do her job correctly it would’ve avoided the inconvenience and stress which is definitely not what’s needed when you’re 7 months pregnant. DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE
