I have been doing business at this branch for the last two of my loans. I am always satisfied and have been accommodated with the amount of loans that I've requested. I have been offered the essential optional products without any pressure. I am always treated with respect and courtesy specially by Casey. Casey is always responsive and promptly assist me in a timely manner when I needed assistance. Thank you.

So, this company spams me. EVERYDAY with paper and emails and texts. They are a HUGE scam in my experience. They pretend you are approved of things. When you call, they just run your credit up. That is all that they do. Do NOT work with this company as a Marine War Veteran, apparently that is NOT enough in their comfortable chairs. Do NOT allow them to zing and ding your credit for help or assistance. They will make your life and credit score worse off. 1 star is still 1 too many OneMain. I would say this UnAmerican company needs to close, but they make their money destroying credit scores.

This OneMain Financial Company is the worst I have ever seen. They don't care about you as a customer at all when problem comes. All they care about is their money. Even with the COVID-19 crisis, they are unable to provide any tangible relief solution to customers. They are still asking for money despite all the Ripoffs they are doing. These guys are very mean and ungrateful! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ONE MAIN FINANCIAL TO ANYONE. Search for a better Financial company that will care about you at the time of Financial hardship. Watch out!

Always great and understanding. Especially when i needed some help. So thankful I was able to turn to them to help when I needed it the most.

These people exist solely to steal money from financially illiterate people. Giving a loan with 36% interest to someone under 25 should be criminal.

Very professional and helpful service, even though I called like 872 times a day (the dealership I was getting the car at was dragging their feet)

I do not recomend this place! Really nice over the phone, we just wanted to work on our credit, Credit Karma recomended we apply for a loan through them,numerous phone calls and emails of info they needed and was told approved for $4000 loan using our vehicle as collateral, went in and discovered I had given them the wrong mileage, our vehicle had 20,000 miles more on it. All of a sudden they could not give us a loan, asked about just $2500 which is what we originally had requested and said no sorry!? How can 20,000 miles make that much difference, went from approved at $4000 to not even $2500 ?! Big waste of time, now they have all our personal info, not feeling good about this at all, feel very taken advantage of!!!

This company is garbage! They will steal your money stay away!!!
