Dylan Wright was absolutely wonderful help to me. I came in looking to open a checking account and get started on building my credit since I am 18 and have none established yet. The nice ladies at the front were able to get me in with Dylan to get everything set up. I had no idea what I was doing and Dylan was super informative and helpful with any questions that I had. Not to mention that I felt like I was having a real conversation, as he was very friendly and personable. I left there with everything that I needed and felt very confident in opening up an account with this credit union, and was very satisfied with the assistance that I received from Dylan.

If you’re looking for a car loan with great rates, this is the bank to be at in AZ with rising rates on the horizon! We went in and had same day service with Dylan who went above and beyond from start to finish! We were able to buy our car, and they, at the bank, completed the entire title transfer process. I rarely leave reviews, but this one was warranted due to the exceptional service we had received.

First and foremost, Sonia Shelton is the absolute best bank employee I’ve ever worked with. I walk in and she greets me by name. She is extremely quick and efficient on all that she does for OneAZ Credit Union.

My wife and I have been loyal customers for many years with One AZ. During the past few years, One AZ. has become more and more impersonal with us and I am certain we are not an exception. I believe we are being treated more like number than members who have always remained in good standing and made any loan payments on time. Unfortunately, we intend to find another banking institution to handle our banking needs who treats its members with much more respect and courtesy. Callous behavior should not be rewarded.

I messed up my checking account and Dylan Wright fixed me right up. He made all the changes for me and made sure i understood all the benefits of my new checking account. He was very personable and very nice. Its nice to work with someone that doesnt make you feel like theyre in a hurry to get you out of their office!

Dylan Wright was my banker and couldn’t have made my auto loan more enjoyable. Unfortunately, I made him jump through a lot of hoops. I came in to get pre-approved on an auto loan which was simple because we already had a pre-existing auto loan. The challenge was the dealer hadn’t received the truck yet so we had to play the waiting game. I would be told the truck is supposed to arrive on this date so I’d call Dylan to revise date on the loan. He was always happy and understanding of the situation. The date would come and the truck wouldn’t arrive. After a few revisions it all worked out. He even stayed late so I can go pick up the check from him as I wanted to drive to Sierra Vista early the next morning.

Easiest banking experience so far. Alejandro Hernandez was friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely be banking with OneAZ from here on out.
