I just purchased a vehicle from One Stop Auto Credit. While looking at the different vehicles on the lot I found that they were very clean and had very minor (if any) flaws on body/paint. The vehicles I test drove ran great which made it difficult to select one. The staff was very helpful and answered the questions I had quickly and efficiently. The payment plan assigned to me is affordable. I was given a warranty (through a second party company) that covers just about anything you could imagine. I LOVE my new car and would recommend One Stop Auto Credit to anyone in need of a vehicle who may be suffering from credit issues.

Poor reputation especially from the new manager Debbie. Does not want to work nothing out if you loose your job and they repo your car. In the end its not your fault if your job cuts your hours or it folds up. Your better of going to JD Byrider for a car or Car Lotta. Bring back Jerry and Maureen. Dump the stuiped blonde. Debbie What does she know about selling cars?

I can't agree more with these horrible comments. They kept so much information from me and when it came time to fix the ISSUES THEY CREATED they failed to tell me my windshield was cracked, on top of that refused to give me mechanical records and the service dept is not any better. so many more things to say

Got to lot and was told they have no cars to sell. I was told to check back in a week and see if they have cars.

One stop auto attempted to sell me a car with an R title. After my insurance company refused to cover it I didn't purchase it however they had the nerve to keep calling me telling me I still owed them money whether I purchased the car or not because I agreed to pay $2500. 🤣 My lawyer sent them a letter saying not to bother me anymore they had no grounds to collect a payment based on the circumstances. It's been 10 years now and they still call my house and try to get me to pay them.🤣🤣🤣 Business mustn't be too good if they have to keep call and people from 10 years ago to try to get money. they mustn't have any current customers.

One stop Auto are thieves. I paid every car payment ontime. While moving they went and reposesesssed a car that they claimed they werwnt aware of the arrangements. The cars blue book value was 600$ and they wanted 950$ plus my car payment and claimed the storage was 2000$. I had private arrangements the car was fixed,towing, and storage was around 600$ but they towed a car that didnt need to be towed, since not only did it drive..it had a dealers tag on it..So insurance amd all that was not an immediate neccesity.Thieves..who illegally reposessed a vehicle in hopes of collecting an extra fee who will not be getting a penny from me now. Do not buy from them. They are liars. They will reposess your vehicle for no reason n try n charge you for anything they can think of.

I was treated extremely poorly. I was spoken down to. I was screamed at by an employee Kate as she provided incorrect information. I also spoke to Debbie a Manager that I don't understand how she is a Manager screaming at people and speaking down on a person. I feel this place is racist. They do not even deserve a star but it wouldn't let me post the review.
