The team of people working here are exceptional. I was so fortunate to have them recommended to me. The process was quick and detailed. Especially Gabriel Huerta he was very helpful and ready to answer all my questions.

I started the refinancing process with One Republic Mortage in August. I ended up switching to another mortgage provider at the end of November because nothing got completed. When starting out, I made sure to follow up every day on the status, sent all the necessary documentation as soon as possible to make this as easy as possible for them. 3 months went by and we finally got to the closing appointment..... to which no one showed up to. The closer never showed! I re scheduled the appointment and... The closer called me half an HOUR before closing and told me they were going to be late. After countless days of being neglected by these guys, the closing date came and no one showed up. I don't even have the words to describe how terrible this whole process was. I felt like a high school teacher chasing down a student that was always late to turn in their assignments. I had to follow up via email and phone call almost everyday, and I would be lucky to get a response a couple of times a week. I ended up cancelling the whole thing after the closer didn't show after the second attempt to close. I started to work with another mortgage lender and we needed to get some documents transferred over to the new lender (appraisal documentation). As I'm sitting here writing this review, they still haven't even transferred all the necessary documentation to the new lender. They are making this process much more difficult than it needs to be. I understand this is all happening during COVID. I work from home as well, but I'm still expected to do things on time. Even a day or two late is ok. But 3 MONTHS? Avoid these guys at all costs.

Gabriel and his team helped my wife and I attain a loan for our dream house. We were able to capture a competitive rate and lock it in before the rates started going up and they fought hard for us to make sure that the loan was funded to coincide with our closing.
