Very happy to see that the owner Frank is working there every day now. He is a friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward guy.

Went to many pawnshop in the area, this place which also has a location in Schaumburg both gave me very low offers for gold.

I've been here a few times to sell electronics I was no longer using. Juan is great to deal with! They don't try to low ball you out of the gate like many other shops do. He gives you a fair market price and I've always left here satisfied. Highly recommended!

Person working there was rude. More interested in his phone. Prices are high. There are better pawn shops in the area.

They are honest and and price your items fair. Juan is always great, he will help and go the extra mile.

Guy is pretty rude. Most products are hidden in the back, makes you feel like a burden to see what he has. I asked to see an item up close and said i had to wear a mask, i said, no problem, but i don't have one, do you have one back there, he said no and refused to show me the item or let me take it out myself to see closer. This was a follow up visit from seeing this item a few days before because i was still interested. Obviously, he doesn't want to sell a 6000 dollar item.

Came in to sell my guitar. After I sold it I asked the gentleman behind the glass a simple question about the paper I was signing. The worker (Juan or Gwen not really sure) started yelling at me... Not exaggerating... Yelling at me, telling me he is gonna shred the paperwork. I asked him why he was yelling at me and proceeded to ask for his name and his supervisor's name (Dave), the gentleman gave me the information and told me I will never be allowed back here. To say this was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had is an understatement. The guy behind the counter really needs to calm down and keep his emotions in check. The best part was him telling me I was no longer allowed back... Like I would even want to. People need to know that this place may not be all that bad, I don't know. But I wouldn't want someone to be disrespected in the same manner that I was simply for selling, no matter what the reason, yelling at your customers is not a good business practice, it is not something that should even be ethically acceptable. I am pretty speechless to say the least.

Ok, I bought a DVD for a dollar. I like to keep receipts for tax purposes. The guy at the register thought I was joking when I asked for one. I said I wasn't. Then he said he won't sell it to me then. I left him the dollar and walked out. What kind of service is that? Shame on you.
