Bought a couple items there at fair prices and experience was pleasant.

Bad experience. Made it at 5:30. They close at 6. And I tried to go in and she said she was closed. I said they close at 6 she gave me attitude and said she was closed and walked away.. didn’t make it in the door and already don’t recommend it here for lack of customer service

I have to say this was the first time I needed to use a Pawn Shop for a loan I was a little worried because of the other review I read I would like to start by saying I was greeted with a warm Smile and a Hello My worries went right out the window Then to my surprise I was also greeted by a Super cool and very friendly Cat It was a quick and painless process I got what I needed and was on my way in less than 15 minutes Fast And Friendly Just the way I like it I will return to this business And I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a loan or is looking for a unique item to add to their collection Thanks Again for all your help Once Upon a Time Pawn Shop in Derry Nh I will be seeing you soon 🤗 Two Thumbs WAY UP !!!!

Very rude are a rip off should no be in busnsss if they are gonna treat people the way they treated me hate this place I Recommend pawn guys they treat u with respect and give you the most four your items and also work with you if you cant pick up on time onceapona time sucks never go their unless you want to be ripped of

Very rude to customers and people that want to get rid of things. I would deffinitely find another place to go. Very Very rude and nasty lady.

They try to jew you down like any pawn shop but if you let them know you know what you're dealing with they're pretty quick/good at being fair moving forward unlike a lot of pawn shops that would ruthlessly try to get what you're selling for almost nothing. They have been fair 70% of the time I've done business with them.

Awful attitude from this woman, also of low intelligence and couldn't understand a simple set of commands. Worst pawn shop I have ever been to. Plaistow pawns are much better, wish I still lived in Haverhill

Been there many times and always had good dealings with the people the prices are negotiable always had a good time just browsing
