Can never get anyone on the phone, the most inconvenient hours, online banking is an absolute joke. I 100% don't recommend banking with them!

I have never dealt with a banking institution that delivers such exceptional customer service! Any branch or Customer service phone call has been extremely pleasant and helpful! I've never been told "I don't know." With GSCU their answer is always "Let's find out."

My spouse signed up for Granite State a few years ago for a home equity loan and later a car loan. He was thoroughly impressed with throughout the process. I personally didn't have to interact with them so didn't write a review. I just got a car however, and the dealership rates where high so looked into GSCU and there rates were much better especially if you do auto deposit and get an extra .25 better rate. Granite State was incredibly fast, and responsive throughout every step and even helped let us know when our dealer either mistakenly or intentionally was trying to charge us for things they shouldn't be. Each time we called, we got a real person very quickly and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Where dealerships try to nickel and dime, I felt at least with the financing I had a partner in the process looking out for my best interest. While I still plan on our using our larger bank for my main checking/savings, because I do 99% online, and the larger bank can do high mobile upload limits and ATMs everywhere when traveling, I love Granite State, and will continue to use them anytime we can for loans and similar transactions. Highly recommended. To note, we dealt with the Derry location, though my spouse mostly uses the Manchester, so we can attest to both of those locations, I think they have a third somewhere too.

I am giving 1 star only because this bank is open on Saturdays. Everything else is not so good. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a bank. Today my wife asked me to deposit her check, I brought it to the bank and had to face a real interrogation: they said they needed my driving license, then they wanted to scan it, then they asked me for my SSN, come on, do you really need a SSN to just deliver someone's check?! Will never do banking with the GSCU again!

Recently stopped in and got approved for a car loan. I just wanted to share my thoughts. GSCU is wonderful. Katie was an absolute pleasure throughout the whole procces. She made it an extremely easy and smooth process. She answered all my questions with a huge smile on her face. Also the guy who finalized the loan for me was awesome. I can’t remember his name but he has light ish orange colored hair with glassses. He was very genuine and kept it real with me. I highly recommend GSCU.

You can not get a hold of anyone directly or even the specific branch you are calling. They dont return calls after leaving voicemails and even having other employees leave notes for them.

Cassandra was extremely helpful and willing to resolve an issue I'd been having in regards to an account of mine. I believe she did everything she could to explain and assist me with my banking. Understanding and completely aware of my situation she facilitated the process working out an accommodating plan which insured my future business with this bank as I've been debating switching. It's people like her that make a difference and stand out from others by caring about the persons situation, not only looking at it from a money standpoint. Give her a raise GSCU! Kaleigh, Justin, Cris and Megan from Member Services have been extremely helpful as well!

So much better than any bank I have frequented. Great service! Low/No fees!!

Granite State Credit Union is by Far the Best Choice I've Ever made in Banking. Meaning, i don't like banks.At all.~ But, GSCU - " Is Hands Down the Most Kind, Available & Supportive to their customers, at a level I haven't seen in over 30years !! 👍😊

Services at the branch were awesome. Online and phone are terrible. I cant access my account online. I called and got info to change everything. Typed info in numerous times and got declined, then tried the reset password option and ask me security questions i dont remember or ones i woudnt answer like my favorite shampoo or book. I dont read why would i have a favorite book. Now its telling me to call the number, I refuse to wait again and choose a language! English should be automatic. Everything is a process, sigh
