I purchased my home with them a couple years ago and it was a flawless process. I have refinanced using their services and the outcome was the same. They had great communication with me and also internally within themselves.

wife and I applied for a mortgage with On Q financial. Worked with the Greenville SC branch. We were pre approved after going through the process. We were excited. We found a new community and had a house built. As it got around a month or so before closing, we were informed that the underwriting dept "changed their minds after the new year began" and no longer accepted a payment arrangement my wife had to pay off previous state debt. With 3 week left to closing they told us we had to pay the full amount or the deal was off. We were upset that they "changed their minds" and refused to work with us. It MIGHT not be illegal but it surely is unethical. I don't recommend this company. A pre approval means nothing. They don't REALLY check your credit thoroughly till a month or 2 before closing. Don't get happy with a pre approval. They might decide to change their minds as your closing gets close

Becky was absolutely wonderful throughout this entire process. She was communicative, knowledgeable, and personable. She made sure I knew every part of the process that was occurring, made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions, and took the time to call whenever I asked for more information. I could not recommend her enough.

Initially i was concern because i never heard of your organization Q-Financial. The more i spoke with your team, the better i could understand their drive to me my targets. As is poke to banks they promise many things but then do not necessarily follow up. You matched my best offer and provided significant guidance through the whole process. Your team Georgia, Sonya and Sandy were on their game keeping me up to date on documentation requirements for loan approvals.
