I recently purchase my first home and was so grateful for all the help and support from Megan Szuster provided me from start to finish. As a new home owner, I knew NOTHING about the mortgage process. Megan was so helpful at explaining all the ins and outs of the process and kept me informed and updated almost daily! I would never have been able to make such a big decision if it weren't for her help! She was so awesome to work with and couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend her and will definitely work with her in the future! Thank you for all your hard work, Megan!!

The reviews from Ashley/Joe are absolutely true! This is the ABSOLUTELY WORST mortgage company ever. I’ve had 3 incidents since my mortgage has been with them. The first incident was in 2019 they called me and said that my payment has not been received. Now I keep track of EVERRRRRYTHING! My bank mailed them the payment two weeks prior to them accusing me of being late and due to their negligence. So once I got my bank one three way and the United Home Loan Services representative didn’t know what to do! Totally unprepared! Then out of nowhere later that week my payment suddenly appeared. I received no phone call that it was located and no apologies. I found out from my bank that it had been processed. Then the second incident they called and harassed me about being $0.18 short, when it was obvious from looking and the processed check the numbers were mistakenly backwards……….they’re a bunch of IDOTS! Now it’s 2022 and remember I document and keep copies of everything from this place. So the third incident was today, I get home and have an urgent letter from this so called mortgage company stating that they once again have not received my payment and that all payments are due on the 1st of the month and I could be charged a late fee if payment is not received “First Notice” and to contact them immediately. And once again my bank processed the check/payment in a timely manner with a payment date on the check of 12/17/21 and a memo stating on the front of the check “January Mortgage Statement”……….hmmmmm. It gets even better! My bank always sends me a photo copy of every processed check to United Home Loan Services and the back of the check was time stamped and dated 1/12/22 at 5:00pm by United Home Loan Services with the same processed date and time showing from my bank account as well. So these IDIOTS misplaced yet another payment and tried to blame me for being late when it was their fault. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BOOTLEG MORTGAGE COMPANY. It’s obvious that they have no clue what they’re doing and are very unprofessional. I wish my mortgage was still with an actual bank and not this homemade company! Do your homework before settling this company make them your last resort if your desperate.

I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY. I GET HOME TODAY I HAVE A LETTER FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY SAYING NO PAYMENT WAS MADE. PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 10TH OF JULY. I HAVE HAD TO MAKE TRIPS TO THE COMPANY TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY GOT ALL MY INFORMATION TO TAKE PAYMENT OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. THEY ARE NOT ON TOP OF THINGS. THEY ACT AS IF THEY DONT CARE. AT ONE TIME I CHANGE BANKS I DROVE TO UNITED HOME LOAN PERSONALLY TO GIVE MY INFORMATION IN HAND SO THEY CAN TAKE OUT PAYMENT ONE MONTH THEN NEXT MONTH THEY CHARGE ME DOUBLE. AFTER ARGUING WITH THE LADY SHE FOUND OUT I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH. THEY FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT. WORD OF ADVICE PEOPLE YOU NEED A MORTGAGE COMPANY TO GO THROUGH PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DONT GO THROUGH UNITED HOME LOANS.

Great Lender Company But Specifically Matthew Walker Exceeded My Expectations! I Was Working With A Different Lender For A Yr+ & After My Offer Was Accepted He Couldn’t Move Further.
