I just had the closing on my home purchase a few days ago with Omni Mortgage as my mortgage provider. Their service was truly excellent! I have to shout out Andy as he truly works in his client's favor and was able to ensure my loan in a timely manner when others have told me it wasn't possible. Not to overshadow the rest of the team but Andrea was great as well. Their communication was always fast and efficient. They extended my rate lock at no extra cost to me. That was completely amazing! Andy also helped me navigate through a tricky credit score issue related to a mistake with a collection agency. He was able to lock me in at an interest rate under 4% on a 30 year fixed (Bank Statement Loan). Overall I am extremely satisfied with the services I received at Omni Mortgage and highly recommend them.

i ran a little search in the court in Nassau County i saw this company has been sued 9 times for misleading people, Andy put Andrea in the front to screen calls that are important for him. I gave Omni Mortgage 1 star because they deserve it. i don't why someone would give them more than that unless someone don't do any due diligence at all they are not supposed to be in business.

I worked with several lenders in the past, but after my positive experiences with Andy Singh at Omni Mortgage, will only work with this firm going forward. What differentiates Omni from many other lenders is as follows: - Response speed; my responses were often answered in 20 minutes or less. - Modes of communication; between texts, phone calls, and emails, felt completely connected to representatives at this firm. The Clarity, competence, and transparency; all repressentatives I spoke with were able to explain complex concepts in a simple manner instead of in finance lexicon. Furthermore, I was told exactly what information was needed for throughout the loan process. - Loan speed; was approved for a loan in an extremely short period. I do not want to write how short because do not want to inspire others to shorten closing times as much as possible but if you know anyone work with Omni, anything is possible.
