    Worst service ever! My parents went to the bank to re-activate their account due to not using the account very often. They told them its going to take half an hour because they have to call Capital One customer service. They waited 30 minutes. Then was told they have to go home and call Capital one. They said they don't know what's happened to their account. I would give them No Star if its possible. How can you push your local customer away. Even if you don't know, you have the obligation to find the information for them.

    They refused to help me, after having an account for 10 years when I came in the only time I had available. The lady had no kindness or understanding. Don’t use this bank!

    I frequently go to this Capital One as there are no other locations close to where I live. Every time I have gone over the last 2-3 months, there is at least 1 customer not wearing a face mask, which is required by law. While I understand it is not the employees’ fault if a customer is not wearing a mask, they are at fault by allowing the customers to remain in the branch and provide them service. They should be following the law by telling the customers they must leave and return when they have a mask on. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    Horrible experience with customer service. Bankers don't want to help customers. They simply pass on a phone number and let you handle the work on your own. I thought the purpose of having a bank account is to have checks. How does a financial institution not issue there own customers either starter checks. Or they help customers in processing checks? I am so confused here.......
