We met with Oz who took the time to educate us on the process, what the current gold prices were and absolutely exerted no pressure to sell. I was prepared for the possibility of a scam but we were very, very comfortable with Oz.

Excellent experience at this location , I was running late and called to see if they could keep the store open until I came and Oz waited for extra time without closing even though he was late to pick up his child from daycare.
