I've had excellent service from OMNI. I have a checking and savings account, line of credit(card), and have taken out loans with them. They offer quick response (24 hours or less response time) and have helped me every time assistance was needed. I would recommend anyone to OMNI that wants consistent banking.

Understaffed with staff that had no idea how to help their customers. After getting no help from the tellers, we waited for over an hour to see a bank officer, and when we were finally seen, even she couldn’t give a straight answer- all we needed to do was to deposit a check. We took our check two minutes down the road to consumers and were walking back out with all our business handled 10 minutes later.

Omni is great! Some people are mad cause they dont pay thier .bills ! Omoni gave us credit because we did ! So stop that whinineing and back biteing and help run the world ..Pay your way Pimp ! put that beer down!

I use this branch on occaision and have always gotten quality service. The tellers are polite and always greet me with a smile. My home branch is in another city but I always get hometown service at any branch. I have been a member for over 20 years and would not have stayed this long if I was not satisfied with the service and handling of my account .

I absolutely love this credit union. I have been with them for 16 years and I will never leave. They have caught and stopped so many fraudulent charges that could have caused an ungodly amount of grief. I recommend to everyone. I can not say enough good things about this place. If you don't have an account with them, get one!😄

They treat their employees like garbage. Overworked and understaffed, but upper management refuses to do anything about it.
