Would have given them a 5 star, but when I found out they took anyway free checks for Premium members I was a little shocked. My husband and I have been members since they took over BC Building Trades Credit Union. Have always had good service, but don't take anyway perks from long time members.😞

Calling into banks or corporate offices is usually a dreaded task. Thankfully that is not the case with Kalsee credit union. In my experience, the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, no matter the department.

This used to be a great Credit Union but their customer service has been pretty bad lately. Customer service reps on phone providing poor service to customers with misinformation. Hours at branches have been cut back and many branches can't perform the services that are needed.

I didn’t know this was changed into a corporate headquarters but the staff were nice and gave me directions to a branch a few minutes away.

I'm a fairly new member of Kalsee Credit Union and am very happy with their services. They gave me an excellent rate on my auto loan so i opened a checking and savings account there. They have a very generous cash back checking account program, wonderful customer service, and a user-friendly online banking site. I highly recommend Kalsee for all your banking needs.

Who would have thought you can actually EARN money so easily in your checking account?!! I have their Kasasa Free Checking and each month I am pleasantly surprised when extra cash is put in my account. Staff is so friendly and always there to help when I need it.

KALSEE is made up of some of the best people you can find! The live tellers always have a smile on their face and are enthusiastic in their role to serve, and the contact center is happy to assist you or quick to find the person who can. If you need help with something out of the ordinary, the back office is amazing at doing the research to understand what's going on and how to get you what you need. The organization is full of experience, knowledge, and can-do attitudes - you can't go wrong choosing KALSEE for your financial needs.

They opened Millwood and made this branch a corporate office but everyone is still nice if you forget and accidentally walk inside.

I wish this was a branch again instead of a corporate headquarters. Whenever there’d be an issue, a teller could just talk to the back office staff right there and resolve it.

I’ve been sitting here reading reviews on the main branch in Kalamazoo of Kelsey credit union Some of which are not too good. I don’t know about the main branch I bank with the portage branch. I see reports of people not being able to get Them to waive overdraft for fraudulent sales I’ve had that happen and they have been waived. A couple other problems I read about that I’ve never hade at this branch. And I have never had a problem getting through on the phone and I have always had my Calls returned. So I’m given the fine folks at Kelsey credit union portage branch five stars and my thanks.
