This shop is the only one I will ever go to again. They treat you well. They understand their clientele and the community. They are also willing to work with you, maybe getting something out a day late and they shave off 30% of the fee that was added on. No other place would care enough, for their clients or reputation. This establishment cares about it's people and how people look at their business. All pros, no cons with this place. I will likely be back again and I know they will take care of me and my things.

I was recently contacted by a Cash Na Flash associate regarding a lost company-owned iPad that was brought in by a customer. The attentive employee noticed that it was activation locked and promptly confiscated the missing property before calling our office to report it. After briefly involving local law enforcement, the team at Cash Na Flash returned the missing property without hesitation. They made the recovery incredibly easy and acted very professionally throughout the entire process!

I worked with Travis and two of his employees about an old valuable coin I have. They were great to work with and I was very impressed with his research and helpfulness. I really enjoyed my time there and have been back a couple times since!

I've gotten jewelry, surround sound, & big screen from them at a reasonable price.. I'm very happy with my purchase. They also do pawns & work with the customers even allow extensions on pawns. Everyone that work there is very nice. Not one time disrespected it's a place u will want to continue to come. I've told several friends aft they saw my tv. Thanks for ur service in my hood

There is not a higher quality place to go in Kalamazoo than Cash Na Flash. I went in there because my lawnmower was stolen and they were extremely helpful, allowed me to check and make sure that the lawn mower was mine, and gave me a discount on purchasing it because there wasn't enough evidence yet to determine if it was mine. If you're looking for a reputable and great place to go please check them out.

Super clean environment, friendly and helpful staff, amazing prices, just an overall great experience. We went into today to buy an xbox and ended up buying a monitor!! They have almost any and everything you could want. Definitely 10/10 will be going back and would recommend you go if you haven’t!!

Started out shopping online and Travis was very responsive, answering a lot of my questions before I made my trip in. When I arrived at the store, Chris was working and was super helpful and answering our questions and making the process easy! I would highly recommend shopping here, and working with Chris!

There is a lot of merchandise to look at here, much of it caught my eye and made me wish I had brought more money in. I will definitely return now that I have seen what was inside.

Travis was very helpful this weekend and more knowledgeable than I expected with the help I needed looking for a new camera. I definitely got a better than fair price on my purchase and am VERY pleased with it as well. He also came through and followed up with the charger it still needed after the sale.

The owner and his son are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very negotiable and welcoming. The two other well known pawn shops in kzoo have made me feel like they just want to rip me off for whatever I may be trying to sell and then rush me out the door. Not here, they have great service and I recommend them highly!
