Very understandable why they have such poor ratings! Worst pawn shop ever please go anywhere else in Kalamazoo before going here. Not a nice place to pawn or buy things.

I don't know why pawn shops think they have no competition. I brought in ~$3000 worth (have original receipts) of 14K jewelry and diamonds with a few other cheap objects and they offered me $70. I probably wouldn't have left a bad review because I'm lazy but they insulted me on the way out. I guess they're not aware of the internet, which is where I plan on selling my jewelry now.

Told me a piece was fake, based on where I bought it positive it wasn't. Went elsewhere & got a great price. If selling or pawning jewelry go to experts a little extra driving got me what I deserved.

Walked in to look at tools and turned around when i seen the price for tools that you can go to lowes for less money.

This place is a rip off. I tried to bring in 50 dvds (some were unopened) and 10 blueray movies, none of which had a single scratch on them, but was offered only $10 for the bunch. That is way lower than the $0.25-$0.50 than other pawn places offer, and when I went back in to see if they'd pay $15 for the group the guy at the counter who was in charge and was on the phone then looked at me and said with a bit of an attitude, "I'm not paying more for the movies, I wouldn't have let you walk out if I was willing to pay more!" I left feeling annoyed and disheartened from the experience, definitely not how I wanted to be treated.

Don’t think I’ve ever bought anything here, always sold things. I definitely feel like they lowball you tho. Kinda have attitudes, kinda nice. I would give them 2.5 starts if I could.

In case you have a UPS Drop Point at this location, don't bother trying to ask for it because they will fight you despite if you have all the shipping information. BBB is coming your way. Have fun getting new jobs.

Place is a total rip off. Don't even bother wasting your time. I'm pretty sure the positive reviews on here are fakes.

Just picked up a Nikon camera from here. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and all around friendly. All the products were clean and displayed nicely. Will be back.
