From start to finish this was the best experience I have ever had closing a mortgage. Amanda and the rest of the team were very professional and took time to provide elite client service! It was only a week from starting my refinance to signing documents and it was a completely seamless process. Thank you Amanda and the rest of the team for helping me get rid of mortgage insurance and lower my payment significantly. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or refinance to Amanda and Omega Lending!

Sal Cusumano was great to work with from start to finish! He made getting approved fast and easy and was always available if I had any question or needed an updated approval letter. He answered emails and calls quickly and answered all of my question (which as a first time homebuyer, were a lot!) thoroughly and with a positive attitude. He made the closing process quick and seamless, even when we hit a couple speed bumps, ensuring I got the best rates for my budget and financial situation. Would recommend Sal for any future lending needs.

Sal at Omega made the mortgage process very easy. Our last mortgage and re-fi were before things were done 90% electronically, so this experience was optimal. Sal was extremely fast and thorough with responses and if we had a question he would do his best to answer or get an answer. He was also motivated to wait for the optimal time to lock in a rate so we could take advantage of the lowest rates in our purchasing window. We were preapproved within an hour and the rest of the process was pretty smooth, too. Closing our agents had some questions and he got it solved pretty fast. I didn't love my experience with United Wholesale Mortgage, who Omega works with. It was "just fine". But Sal shepherded us through the process. I'm glad our realtor gave us his name. If I had to refi or find another house, I would call him again for sure. He would be a good contact for a first-time home buyer who had more questions, too.

Previous to working with Omega, I had heard about the "Omega Experience" - while great people, one has to take that with a grain of salt. This was my first home, so obviously I was slightly naïve, but I wondered how you could truly receive exemplary service from a mortgage lender. I worked with Mike Jacobs, and the greater team at Omega, and I cannot recommend them more. Never was a call or text not responded to. Never were one of the million questions I had not answered. Never did I not feel tucked in throughout this extremely seamless process (a process I understand is not always so easy). This is the only place to get your mortgage for your next home.

Marissa Clauser was a great help to us. We are very happy with our experience with her. She made our home loan easy and understandable. She was always there to answer any questions.

My experience was amazing from beginning to end. I worked with Mike Jacobs and he was so helpful. I worked previously with Quicken and my experience was less than stellar but this company delivered and made my experience so easy and pleasant. I was looking to refinance and had got proposals from a couple other lenders. Omega was able to beat both on rate and closing costs. The process started quickly and went smoothly from beginning to end.

Highly recommend Sal Cusmano and the folks at Omega if you need to finance a house. Sal was easy to work with, super responsive, knowledgeable. He was also patient as I went through the emotional roller coaster that buying a house can be. At every decision point he presented great choices, explained the pros and cons, kept the process moving swiftly but didn't make me feel rushed. My situation was a bit complex because my spouse was overseas; Sal made even that seem easy! Highly recommend.

Not sure if I should be writing a poor review or doing a welfare check on Chad. Come to find out today that not only did he not lock in my rate but after a dozen unanswered calls to both Chad and the Omega home office my loan isn’t closing because Chad Ruehle is negligent and has compromised my loan completely. I’d be better off getting a home loan from a Taco Bell drive thru. In the future I would advise the Team at Omega to train their brokers how to read a purchase agreement and understand what a closing date is. In the meantime I hope Chad’s “state audit” and “out of town” vacation didn’t interfere with other clients ability to close a loan like mine did.

Just a great overall experience with this group. They were helpful and available anytime we had a question. We had an issue on our end the day before closing and Sal and his team pulled off a miracle that other lenders would not have devoted time and energy to. We are thankful we went with Omega Lending and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Sal you guys are the best!

Marissa helped me through a refinance which saved me 5 years off my mortgage, an incredible rate and over a hundred dollars a month. She was fast and easy to reach. My husband died shortly after the refinance and I reached out to Marissa shortly after to see what my options were.She taught me about recasting and put me at ease during a hard time. If you are new to the home purchasing process, or are just looking for the best in the business, Look. No. Further. My wife and I were very pleased with the "Above-and-beyond" service we received through Omega Lending. Any time we had questions day or night we were met with an immediate response. The amount of stress during the home purchasing process can drive anyone crazy, but they took most of that stress away. If you want the best in the business, ask for Sal.
