Came into the bank today totally lost and turned around. I am not from the area nor do I bank with them. I was greeted nicely by the woman teller sitting down at a desk and she stopped all her work to help me. I explained that I was all turned about and almost in tears ( I stopped into the other bank across the street and they would not help me because I was not a customer). I told Amber Spindler I was not a customer, and out of town and I understood if she can't help me. She was so kind and so nice, she listened to me as I was holding back the water works and helped me. She printed out the location that I needed with directions and a map, she even told me what direction to go. I do not live in this area but was overly impressed. I hope this review helps her get the recognition she deserves and j thank her.

SLOWEST HOME LENDER EVER! I was selling my home and Homestreet took over 2 months to get the loan approved and cost me over $50 a day. I called Debra Jackson, the loan officer to ask her what was taking so long and I was frantic. Most loans take 30 days. Her reply? "We're just slow" I was like WHAT? "Yes, we are slower than the other lenders. We have new people and a new system?" So, if you have all the time and money in the world...go with Oly Fed. They're just slow.

Been banking here for a few years now and this has hands down been the best bank I've ever done business with. The kind that knows you by name and anticipates your needs. They will even call you personally if there is ever an issue with your account or transaction. Thank you all for being so great at what you do!

Oh my I can not rave enough about this location, everyone always greets me by name with a smile. My favorite gal is Amber, she really truly genuinely cares about me as a person and not just an account owner at her place of woek. If you're looking for a home town feel in a big city come see her! She will take care if you! I tried to get some items done by another branch but they would not assist me, I now only go to this location. Lori if you're reading this Amber Spidler is wonderful assest to your company keep her around!
