I bank at the Lacey ACU and have established great rapport with all the tellers. I would like to thank all of them for their assistance wherever I need their assistance. They are awesome people thank you for servicing me and my family.

Friendly staff. I would have to say as something they could improve on is not charging a fee for college students. I moved here to attend a university and was referred to bank here, I am going to school full time but still have to pay a fee for my checking account even though I have no job because I am a full time college student. That fee adds up to $132 a year. Needed to get the account opened as soon as I moved here which is why I decided to proceed with the opening, however I have found another credit union in town that will not charge me the fee.

Everyone at the Lacey branch is so amazing, friendly and truly look out for their members. Maxey helped me to get a personal loan to consolidate my debt last year and she made the process so quick and painless. All the girls on the teller line Melissa, Jess, Steph C and Steph B are a joy to talk to every time I walk in the door. One time I came in just to do a quick transaction and my car wouldn’t start when I went to leave. Stephanie Cyr walked out with me and figured out what was wrong and got it started. I don’t even bother with the call center anymore just call one of the girls extension whenever I need something. I am a member for life and couldn’t ask for a better group to go to for my banking needs.

I was lucky enough to be helped by Charli. She has been so kind, helpful and very prompt in assisting me. She even helped me refinance my car in addition to my original request and will be saving me a whole percent in interest. Your establishment is lucky to have an employee like her!

Just want to send a big shout out to Stephanie at ACU in Lacey Washington branch, I've been trying to get my Harley refinanced recently with no luck a friend of mine suggested Acu, after talking with Stephanie she got my info on Saturday and by Tuesday she called and informed me that she was able to get me a lower interest rate on my bike, I went from 14.95 to 5.99 and she helped me with my credit card and took the time to explain everything to me. I could not be happier. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced, if anyone is reading please if your looking for refinancing or switching accounts reach out to Stephanie aka 5.99 . Thank you Stephanie words cannot describe how much you have helped me. 5 stars does no justice my girl Stephanie gets a 10 . Need more people like her. The staff at Lacey Hawks Prairie branch makes ACU our favorite credit union. Always the best service and care, with both personal and business banking. Maxey, Melissa and the whole team here take great care of us.

Everyone at the Lacey branch of ACU is so accommodating. Special circumstances seem to be no problem whatsoever and they always remember my name. The cute pregnant one, I think she is the manager, really knows her stuff

ACU is a very good bank to work with especially good to have mortgage and checking in 1 bank to pay down mortgage.

I've been banking with ACU for many years but just recently my husband and I went in to work with them on financing a vehicle. Long story short we had to back out as working with the seller was becoming complicated. The branch manager Casey was very helpful throughout this whole process. She never made me feel like I was alone and kept up with open communication. I'm very happy with the customer service the whole office staff give when I come in. They are a major part of why I bank at ACU and the reason why I've never switched. If ever we need to finance in the future, I know where I'm going!
