I recently moved to Florida and kept my old second account to make things easier with the move! The manager of this branch and other staff have been so helpful with any questions, I’ve had such as helping me change my pin, I got logged out of account and within seconds of contacting the branch they had me logged in with all my info! Anita was so easy to work with! As first time home buyers, We were new to the home buying process. Before even looking for a house, she sat down with us and explained everything in depth. She provided the best and cheapest home insurance. Also, she told us about the attorney to work with. She walked us through everything from day one and even helped us with closing on a house in 28 days!! She was on top of things from start to finish and was able to get a great rate on our mortgage. We highly recommend her to anyone, especially first time home buyers!! Overall it was an amazing experience and I really recommended Anita before you purchase any house. We go in to cash our checks every Saturday. Every saturday we are stuck with the same guy, we have asked for different guys. We have talked to corporate, we have spoken with a manager. He should be fired in my opinion. I wish I could remember this guys name, he has "helped" us every time. He has forgotten our ID, our cash, he has taken out the money that was supposed to go into our account. He has put us negative multiple times because of this. He has made us go negative 800 because he took out what was supposed to be going into the account, multiple times. I'm fed up and will probably be switching banks. They should really take him away from handling money. I could understand one, Maybe two times of this happening. But this has happened over 5 times. I usually dont write reviews like this because I dont want to get anyone in trouble, but enough is enough.
