Karina and Lydia at the Farnsworth branch went above and beyond expectations to provide excellent service in what could be a difficult situation. Dealing with loved ones accounts after their passing is emotional anyway and then to be treated with great concern and respect was amazing. Proof to me of the value of “small town” banking!

I always use to use this bank but the staff made me move to a different bank. I went in for a card the lady was not a people person she seem like a robot. Then I sent a message online and I received a phone call she says my name is carmen i received your email and that was it she stayed quiet. Till I asked ok whete you able to fix my issue and has no idea what she is Doing she seems so lost and I'm telling her my problem she tells me we'll try this way I tell her I tried that way she says try it again it should work. Like lady I tried it 4 times doesn't work so. I wouldn't recommend this bank Me my husband and mother took our business else where.

The drive threw here is beyond slow. If all lanes are full I'm waiting almost 20 minutes just to cash a check. Knowing it's 4pm on a Friday they should be staffed to handle the rush. Always regret coming to this location.

Good solid bank, and you get the same consistent service and information from various branches.

I have been a customer since 1990 and have been pleased with Old Second’s Service over the years. What has recently disappointed me is their drive-up hours being reduced. I realize there are ATMs and internet banking available, however for someone who receives a weekly paycheck and works until 6 in the evenings it really has become increasingly inconvenient.

Ms. Hill has been very attentive to our business needs and is always a resource that we can count on.

The only problem I have is the ATM not accepting checks .Then you use the drive threw and you ask the teller why the ATM won't accept checks and he or she says it is down and then you say it is always down every time I come here and they tell you that they will put an order in for the problem

They help you out when you need it. The wait might be a bit sluggish but the support its really good when it comes to certain things.
