    Do NOT refinance your vehicle here if you do shipt, Instacart or any delivery side gig. They will flag it as commercial and say that you don't qualify AFTER submitting the loan. Save your credit from being ran if you do deliveries for extra cash. Even if it is every so often. They told me that they submit applications regardless and will not let you know that they don't accept people who do side gigs until after the credit and application is already submitted. I think it should be known in advance to save someone's time and credit from being ran if they know that they will NOT accept someone who uses their vehicle every so often to do deliveries. So don't waste you time if that is the case for you. IF you decide to refinance elsewhere ask if they will accept you for using it every so often to make deliveries, if they say no, save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

    I appreciate they gave me a car loan ($20000). I do not appreciate that even though I was never late on my car payment nor credit card they would not give me a personal loan ($8000) when I needed it. And they put an extra inquiry on my credit report to give me a credit card I did not ask for right after they approved my car loan. I asked them to remove the extra inquiry but they refused. This hurt my credit score. I had to deplete my 401k for the loan money they refused. I have my car title; so I will never do business again with this institution.

    They really don't know what they are doing. We refinanced a car loan with them in 2019... I don't recommend them. Things were added to our loan that we did not want or agree to, we had to request they be removed The "can't" tell you how many months you have left without pressure. In addition "they don't have the ability" to do automatic payments. Take your business elsewhere

    The worst bank to ever have. The app NEVER wants to work. And even when I go online instead of the app it says their system is down. Theirs always a issue for me to get into my account. I don't understand y .

    One star is too much. The worst experience ever. They made me waste my time. I applied online for a secure loan, they confirmed by email it was approved. I planned in advance to go to this branch to complete the process. I sent emails making some questions and asking for the exactly needed to complete the process during the visit, they gave me wrong information. In general, the atmosphere in this office : minus 1 star. The representative was far away to provide a decent customer service. It was from the beginning the representative in this office was no really interested to answer any questions or help, very unprofessional. I sent an email to the Consumer loan officer after this very bad experience; at least he responded my email.

    You cannot get a live person on the phone unless you get someone's business card with their direct number. I was preapproved to buy a home and after I proactive gave them specific info about my loan, they said they could not help. This was basic info that they should have asked on day one. They didn't seem to care about the issue. But honestly not being able to pick up the phone and talk to the lady who messed up my last appointment to take a name off of an account is really ridiculous. So I am still waiting for a response from the bank. I won't hold my breath. lol.
