I came in for a loan, and the staff made it easy and pain free for me. Stephen and Crystal greeted me with warm smiles and answered my questions before I could even ask! Very satisfied with my service, and I will definitely return to them if I ever need to.

We came in for a loan and our visit was nothing short of amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and I felt the genuine love from everyone at this location. Pashun harris who is the assistant manager helped us and she was so pleasant and welcoming and it made the process so much better. I recommend everyone to come to this location you won’t be disappointed!!

I had a loan in 2019/2020 with the Aurora office and lost my job. The manager told me if I come in and roll it into a new loan I could clear my existing loan and borrow some additional funds while I was transitioning to a new job during COVID. I specifically asked if it would impact my credit. I was told it would not. Now 2 years later I still have 2 credit inquiries in back to back months and also a negative remark on my credit from the first loan due to it being paid by a second loan. This was overall a decent experience for the first loan but after being misled about the impact to my credit and being lied to about it… don’t borrow here a second time because it will follow you for years.
