Old Missouri Bank S National Ave, Springfield

I use 4 different banks, and this one is my favorite. The staff at the S National location is friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The rewards programs can't be beat even by online banks, and in the several years I've had my accounts with them, they've never messed up, overcharged me, or in any way failed my expectations. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the app is not the greatest; I do wish there were a couple more features that some of the Big Box Banks offer, but OMB is a small, regional bank, so it's understandable. I'm willing to forgo the extras for great service.

OMB is by far the best bank I have banked with! Being Greeted by your first name when walking through their doors gives me great pleasure knowing my money is safe.

I've had a horrible experience there the owner's wife or rolled her eyes at me had me waiting way over an hour disrespectful prejudice I would never put my money in their Bank

We just opened a business account & a personal account & Angel Shortt, has gone out of her way to make this an easy transition. She even came to the office when we couldn't get to her at the bank to sign papers & things. I am so happy to have finally found a bank that will go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy.

I love this bank. Its small, personal and very helpful. Been with them for a couple of years now and really don't miss the big bank, your a number, experience.
