Incompetent and unprofessional. Judy was the closer in our home purchase. She arrived unapologetically late offering up only that she "just simply hadn't allotted herself enough time." I had to interrupt the side conversations she carried on with the seller and seller's agent numerous times to request that she indicate what the documents she was sliding across the table for my husband and I to sign (as we made the largest purchase of our lives to date) actually were. Needless to say the only tolerable part of our closing was when it was over... or when we thought it was over, since we were contacted by her two weeks later to complete additional documents because she had neglected to get it all done at closing.
