We had the pleasure of working with Tony and Irena when we purchased our home. We had an amazing experience and they made everything so easy! As first time homebuyers, that was important to us. My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Blaine Edina Realty. We worked with Tony and Irena Sablak, who were there for us every time we needed them. Tony and Irena are a great team. When we found the house we wanted, we found out that we had only a few hours before the seller was going to look at other bids. In a whirlwind of phone calls and paper work, we got our bid ready and Tony and Irena drove it to their door just in time. Very friendly and knowledgable. We have told friends getting into the business that we were unable to refer people to them because we had such a good experience with Edina Realty in Blaine that they will always get our first referral.

I am the first home buyer. I have experienced extremely unprofessional service with this office. I met relator Irena from one open house. I chose her to be my buyer agent. She did okay on showing homes. But she is very push on putting offers. We totally went out for 4 times within 3weeks, and placed three offers on the same day after showing home. She keeps judge the offering price. One house I have already give 97% of original price, but she said I'm playing a joke with an impolite voice. She is not helpful for negotiate process at all. I felt she works and stands for seller’s side more than buyer's. I filed a complaint to Edina Realty Blaine Office manager Kevin, but he didn’t respond my email almost over 1 week, then I emailed him again to request response and ask him give me some advice. Office manager Kevin told me that they won’t let me out from their buyer representation form. What’s more, they ask for some “referral fee” if I pick anyone else to help me buying home. That is ridiculous. I will never buy any home from Edina Realty.

Irena and Tony were wonderful realtors. They helped us to find a very nice townhouse. They walked extra miles to answer our questions and looked for townhouses within our price ranges. They were very professional. At the same time, they treated us as their friends not just as their customers.

Working with the Blaine Edina Realty was a great experience. My fiance and I worked with Tyler Miller through our transaction. He was great at educating us on the home buying process and making sure all of our questions were answered and connected us with a loan officer that worked around our complicated schedules and got us pre-approved right away. Looking at houses with Tyler was awesome; he walked us through the homes and pointed out things that may affect the resale of the home someday and informed us of things in the layout that we might not enjoy down the road. He also looked at the age and condition of the appliances and the heart of the home (water heater, air conditioner, furnace, electrical) to let us know if this may be an item that we would have to potentially replace in the near future. Between writing our offer, negotiating our contract and inspection, all the way until closing his team kept us informed on what was going on to get us to closing seamlessly. At closing, the front desk staff and closer greeted us promptly and went through every closing document making sure that we understood everything that we were signing. Over all our time with Tyler was phenomenal and we will definitely be using Tyler Miller in Blaine again for real estate needs.
